The villa Parkblick built in the spa style is characterized by its beautiful location between the spacious Lindenpark and the popular Kühlungsborner Stadtwald. In a few minutes you reached the wide Baltic Sea beach and the beach road with its many shops and restaurants. Even the marina with its lively promenade is just a stone's throw away.

On the first floor is the Lindenpark-oriented 3-room apartment (53 m²) for up to 4 people. From the spacious balcony you have a wonderful view over the Linden Park. The central and beachfront location is an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your holiday in Kühlungsborn. Whether family, beach or active holiday, Kühlungsborn is the perfect holiday destination.

In the spacious living room you will find a new leather sofa bed with express bed function (with mattress), which offers the possibility of an additional bed for a third and fourth person. A 55-inch UHD TV, Blu-ray player (and plenty of up-to-date Blu-ray discs), a stereo and free Wi-Fi provide all the comforts of home.

From the spacious dining room with integrated kitchen you have access to the large, furnished, covered balcony, which offers a magnificent view over the Linden Park. In the dining area you have another TV and a high chair available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. It also has space for an additional baby cot. Two wardrobes provide storage space for your clothes.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, 4-ring hob, oven, coffee maker and plenty of dishes.

The modern bathroom with shower also invites you to feel good. A hair dryer is available.

On the large property is a belonging to the apartment parking space for you. A storage room for bicycles and laundromat and dryer are also available.

Tolle Wohnung und gute Lage

PRO:Schöne renovierte Wohnung in einem in Bäderarchitektur Mitte der 90er gebauten Haus. Küche und Bad sind renoviert in 2024. Sehr schön! Alles war toll vorbereitet. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Meer aber fußläufig zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gelegen.CONTRA:Sämtliche Flächen an den Schränken (Küche, Wohnzimmer) sollten einmal gründlich mit „Glasklar“ gereinigt werden, da voll von fettigen Fingerabdrücken der Vormieter. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein. Das Bett (200x160cm) steht mit der rechten Seite an der Wand (rausrobben ist angesagt). Die Matratzen sind für junge Menschen ausreichend dick.

Leider nicht sauber

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut gelegen. Leider waren insbesondere Küche und Bad nicht richtig sauber. Im Bad lagen auf dem Boden und in der Schublade noch Haare von den Vorgängern. Der Kühlschrank war nicht ausgeputzt und schmutzig. An den Küchenschränken klebten Reste vom Essen und Besteck, Teller und Gläser waren so dreckig, dass wir es vorgezogen haben morgens frühstücken zu gehen. Sehr sehr schade, zumal der Gastgeber auch sehr nett war und sonst alles gepasst hat.

Zentrumsnaher Ostseeurlaub in Kühlungsborn

Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte absprachegemäß direkt beim Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Wohnung ist zentrumsnah in Kühlungsborn Ost gelegen, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, gut mit PKW erreichbar. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Größe der Wohnung ist angemessen, ausreichend Schränke und Haken vorhanden. Küche und Bad waren in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise genauso wie das Geschirr schmutzig.

Tolle Lage für Tennisspieler

Eine sehr nette Wohnung, ideal für zwei, mit einem super Balkon, auf dem man in der Morgensonne den Tag beginnen kann. Die Lage direkt am Park ist super und zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der „City“ und auch am Strand. Alles prima und empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gepflegt.

Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Ausreichend Unterhaltung bei schlechtem Wetter vorhanden. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist ein Toaster. Aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Problem gewesen.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Wir haben herrliche Tage in dieser modernen, großzügigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders angetan haben es uns die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage und die tolle Aussicht vom großen Balkon über den Lindenpark. Sichere Stellplätze für Auto und Fahrräder sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Sehr angenehme Betreuung im Vorfeld durch den Vermieter und vor Ort durch die Agentur. Absolute Empfehlung.

Eine Ferienwohnung der Spitzenklasse. Helle, moderne Wohnung mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage mit tollem Weitblick auf den Park. Ostsee, Hafen, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bäckereien sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Moderne, ruhige Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung

Von der kurzfristigen Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir sehr freundlich und professionell betreut. Wir haben eine saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, die sich in toller Lage direkt am Lindenpark mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zur Strandstraße befindet. Die morgendliche Joggingrunde im Stadtwald beginnt direkt an der Rückseite des Grundstücks. Unsere Fahrräder hatten ausreichend Platz im Abstellraum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Sofa mit der Express-Bettfunktion, das mein Sohn abends in Sekunden zum vollwertigen Bett (mit integrierter Matratze) umfunktioniert hat und die zahlreichen aktuellen Bluray-Filme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Traumhafte Fewo in Toplage

Wunderschöne, neu ausgestattete Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in traumhaft ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick von dem großen Balkon auf den Lindenpark. Dennoch ist sie zentral gelegen, Ostsee, Strandstraße etc. sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Hochwertige Ausstattung mit Wohlfühlambiente. Großer Fernseher mit zahlreichen aktuellen Bluray- Discs für Schlechtwettertage vorhanden. Und nicht zuletzt: sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter.
