Für zwei Personen sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer guten Lage in Kühlungsborn Ost. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur circa 300 Meter von der Strandpromenade entfernt und ein Supermarkt und diverse Bäckereien, Restaurants etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach, freundlich und hilfreich.Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Es war eine schöne Ferienwohung mit allem, was man benötigt. Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir nur nennen, dass bei Ankunft viele Sandkörner in der Wohnung verteilt waren und das Inserat in der Art abgeändert werden sollte, dass Wäsche nicht bereitgestellt wird sonder extra dazu gebucht werden muss gegen Gebühr. Ansonsten bedanken wir uns aber für die Auszeit!

Wir waren für 8 Tage in Kühlungsborn. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Fahrradkeller war super zentral und ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen. Alles (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) war fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können. Leider konnten wir den Balkon nicht so nutzen, weil auf dem Dach Möwen Nachwuchs hatten und wir somit in der Anflugschneise waren. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in der Etage 2,5, also mit Gepäck etwas anstrengend, da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, sollte man beachten, wenn man nicht so fit ist.

Hier müsste dringend eine große Grundreinigung erfolgen. Sandberge im Kleiderschrank. Backofen und Kühlschrank richtig dreckig. Zudem viele Gebrauchsspuren, die in der Menge, nicht akzeptabel sind.

Traumhafte Lage in Kühlungsborn

Die Wohnung ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte sehr problemlos.Wir fanden alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die zwei Wochen gingen viel zu schnell vorbei...Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Nächstes Jahr gehen wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!

Die großzügige Wohnung ist wirklich schön und befindet sich in toller Lage in Kühlungsborn-Ost. Angenehm war auch der Balkon nach hinten und nicht zur Straße. So wohnten wir zentral und doch vergleichsweise ruhig. Alles war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit ausreichend Platz für die Fahrräder rundete das durchweg positive Gesamtbild ab. Auch die Kommunikation war stets optimal, so dass wir bei Gelegenheit gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle, moderne Ferienwohnung in excellenter Lage.

Helle, moderne Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. 2 Minuten von der Seebrücke entfernt. Da die Wohnung ganz oben liegt und nach hinten raus geht, ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
