An absolutely incredible place to stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they all went out of their way to make a special occasion really special. It seems unfair to name one member of staff over another as they were all truly outstanding. I can not recommend this resort enough. What a wonderful break and somewhere we will definitely return to.

We didn’t get to see the area near the hotel due to covid restrictions, therefore I rated it as neutral (3). The hotel was amazing. The only downside might be that they charge for the airport transportation. There isn’t anyway for someone to reach the hotel on their own. You need the boat. It doesn’t make much sense to pay for a transfer that you absolutely need and cannot arrange yourself.
