Leider hatten wir bei unserem zweiten Besuch erneut ein Zimmer direkt ĂŒber der KĂŒhleinheit des KĂŒhlraumes. Das heißt, an erholsamen Schlaf war bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht zu denken, weil die Außeneinheit alle paar Minuten anspringt
 Schade, da das Hotel sonst in herrlicher Natur und Ruhe gelegen ist. Alles andere war wieder gut. Allerdings wissen wir nicht, ob wir ein drittes Mal das Risiko des Zimmers eingehen wĂŒrden

Es war wunderbar ruhig, Zimmer und das drumherum sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Servicepersonal ist aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben an zwei Abendenden im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen war sehr gut. Die Gegend ist gut fĂŒr Radtouren geeignet und im See konnten wir uns gut abkĂŒhlen. Empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Ambiente war toll. Das Hotel liegt etwas verlassen an einem Golplatz. Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeiten zu Fuß alternative Restaurants oder SupermĂ€rkte zu erreichen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war auch sehr lecker. Die Auswahl war sehr umfangreich. Nicht so schön war, dass das Hotel unterbesetzt war. Die Rezeption war nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Man sah sie immer springen zwischen Rezeption und Service im Restaurant. Dadurch wirkte das Personal sehr abgehetzt bzw. ĂŒberfordert. Es war immer noch freundlich aber das LĂ€cheln auf dem Gesicht, was man sich als Gast erhofft um sich willkommen zu fĂŒhlen, fehlte hĂ€ufig. Leider hatten wir zunĂ€chst ein viel kleineres Zimmer bekommen, als es bei Expedia beschrieben war. Das wurde im Hotel angesprochen und wir bekamen das letzte alternativ grĂ¶ĂŸere Zimmer. Ferner war es schade, dass es auch Preisdifferenzen bei der Halbpension gab. Über Hotels Specials sollte die HP 22 EUR kosten, Bei Van der Valk auf der Seite 27 EUR und vor Ort hatten wir nur die Wahl zu einem 3-Gang Menu fĂŒr 33 EUR. Das haben wir nicht verstanden. Das Essen a la Carte wurde an diesem Wochenende nicht angeboten. Wir wurden stĂ€ndig gefragt, ob wir bei denen im Restaurant essen wollen, was nach 4 mal fragen irgendwann lĂ€stig wurde. Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Krukow am See gefahren (15 Minuten entfernt). Dort hatten wir ein schönes Restaurant gefunden mit tollem Service und Preis-/LeistungverhĂ€lnis.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außenanlage, insbesondere die Teiche, waren sehr ungepflegt. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war in Ordnung. Es gab auch frisches Obst. Sehr störend war, dass der Springbrunnen vor unserem Fenster bereits um 4:30 Uhr eingeschaltet wurde. Außerdem war frĂŒh morgens beim Auschecken nur eine Hilfskraft im Dienst, die hoffnungslos ĂŒberfordert war.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, Essen war lecker aber zu teuer fĂŒr die kleinen Portionen. Geduld muss man haben, selten so umstĂ€ndlich und schlecht guckende Mitarbeiterinnen gesehen, aber nett waren sie. Das Zimmer war OK, sogar mit MĂŒckengitter, ein Segen, ein Fehlen kann die ganze Nacht zum Albtraum machen. Super: Sie hatten glutene Brötchen fĂŒr meine Tochter, die auch noch super geschmeckt haben. Also insgesamt 4 Sternen

Die Lage und Bepflanzungen des Hotels ist sehr hĂŒbsch, leider sind die Liegewiesen an den beiden naheliegenden Seen nicht gepflegt, nicht mal gemĂ€ht,sollte man attraktiver gestalten, auch wenn die meisten GĂ€ste wahrscheinlich zum golfen hinfahren !?!!! Hatten ja nur FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht, das war vollkommen in Ordnung und ausreichend Leider war der Service nicht immer optimal, manchmal etwas unfreundlich und wirkte genervt,hatte vor der Reise mehrmals versucht, im Hotel anzurufen, da ging nie einer ans Telefon, also keine Erreichbarkeit. Hatten eine schöne Terrasse,Zimmer wurden tĂ€glich gereinigt ( zwar nicht sooo grĂŒndlich alles, KĂŒhlschrank stank :-(( ),tĂ€glich frische HandtĂŒcher ....also alles im Ganzen schon schön......nur fĂŒr ein 4 Sterne-Hotel etwas mehr erwartet !??? Hotel in sehr schöner Landschaft

Sehr gute Autovdrbindu Richtung WarnemĂŒnde und Graal MĂŒritz und Umgebung man fĂ€hrt ca. eine Stunde dort hin. Der Golfplatz ist super gepflegt dafĂŒr wurde der hintere Eingang etwas vernachlĂ€ssigt in der Gartenarbeit. Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderbaren Natur umgeben von einem See. Im Zimmer hat uns der KĂŒhlschrank etwas gestört, die GetrĂ€nke wurden nicht richtig kalt. Ansonsten fanden wir den Landhausstil nicht schlecht.
