Very disappointing

The room is terribly small. The door just missed the corner of the bed. There is no window. There is no space for the luggage. There is no where to put your belongings. Don’t expect a table for writing. I will never go near it again. The hotel operator should experience the stay himself or herself.

Great service but mediocre facility

Our arrival was greeted with broken lift and water outage although it have been rectified sometime later. Also we have been downgraded because of room unavailability. Staff at lobby were very polite and helpful. First thing I noticed when entering the room, absent of toilet paper. Some left over from previous guest (bottle water in fridge). Water pump is running noisy and shower drain is clogged. You may find restaurant and convenience store within walking distances. Free parking available at nearby food court if you don't mind a little walk. Overall the service by the staff is excellent but facilities and its quality lack in maintenance.

I have been staying at this place for a couple of years now and I find they have been consistent with their service level, cleanliness and comfort. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Even though my room faced the main road, I slept soundly with any noise interruptions from the traffic; I'm a light sleeper. There were ample food choices around the hotel and I liked the fact they gave dining suggestions (with photos) at the reception and in the lift.
