My friend and I chcek in at 2:30 am. Our room at level 3. When we entered that room, we can smell something like cigarettes smoke. And then, the aircond takes so long to cool the room. Then, we call the receptionist and told him about problem. First time, he told us to set the button on the remote based on his instruction Okay we followed. But, the aircond keep probleming. And we could not stand because the room is so hot. At 5.00 am, one more time we called the receptionist and asked him to check the aircond. He came to our room and yes he also cannot make the aircond function well. So he asked us to change another room. The new room is okay..

It was value for money. For the price offered, we really didn't expect much as our stay was only for one night and only for our rest at night. Absolutely no complains.

Medicare hotel, but clean

When we asked at the hotel what are the things to do in Kuala Lumpur, the answer was "not much". Also they had no clue/we're of no help with organising any trip or sightseeing. Also, the location is not so close to the city centre.

The hotel is near to Pudu LRT station about 5 to 6 minute walk & not quite far from Imbi Station and Berjaya Times Square (about 6-8 minutes walking)..
