For city breaks possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. Location is exceptional being over the road from the Petronas towers with an unrivalled view from the rooms and the pool (wet deck). The facilities and staff were next level too - nothing was too much and it felt like there was a genuine personal touch you don’t get these days. Absolutely certain to visit here again if I return to KL.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool area. The room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic, and the hotel itself was nothing special. I wish I had booked something cheaper, because this hotel is not worth the money.
