I booked the Vortex Luxury Suite thru' your website, however, the agent informed me that he changed the suite to The Face Platimum when I arrived Malaysia at that night. The facilities shown on the website were different especially the room size, no double bed, lift service etc all were down graded. Please look into the case and make investigation.

편의점도 바로 1층에 있고, 걸어서 5분이면 몰들을 걸어서 다닐 수 있으며 근처에 레스토랑도 있어서 좋았어요.

綺麗ではあった、、、けど ゴキブリを見たが、退治出来ず不安になった。 フロントが無い為、戸惑いやすい 一応、係員が常駐してはいるが、LINEで連絡しなくてはならない。 でも対応は早かったし、感じもいい。 洗濯機の騒音が酷すぎて、部屋を変えるハメに。 広くて立地も良く 第一印象は素敵だったが、多少英語が話せ無いと困る、など 旅慣れしていないときつい印象。
