Centrally located, clean and well maintained.

My friend and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Vortex KLCC by SoulAsia. There are other operators running apartments in Vortex KLCC. We found this 2 bedroom unit by SoulAsia very clean and well Maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment such as a full fridge, washing machine, stoce, microwave, water machine for a comfortable stay. The view of the city from the living room and bedrooms is gorgeous! Vortex KLCC is centrally located to major tourist sites like the Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and near eating spots. There is a 7 Eleven downstairs.

We really liked the apartment we were in. The television has Netflix, YouTube and all the other apps. The metro station is very close and many places of interest such as the twin towers and a walking distance away. We are going to stay there again in March.

This accommodation, although advertised as a hotel, is more akin to a private host setup, lacking a lobby or reception area. Contrary to the appealing images, the actual property disappoints, situated in an area close to Petronas Towers, which doesn't boast an attractive ambiance. The building and flats are infested with insects, including mosquitoes and numerous baby cockroaches, creating an uncomfortable environment. The beds are notably uncomfortable, adorned with aged linens, and the pillows are visibly dirty. Despite these drawbacks, the window offers a redeeming quality with a decent view. However, the noisy lift and the fact that access to the swimming pool area is not complimentary further detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the host's stance on room cleaning further diminishes the appeal of this accommodation. They explicitly stated that cleaning services come at an extra cost, refusing to clean the room unless payment is provided. This approach significantly detracts from the overall hospitality and convenience expected from a hotel suite establishment.

1)Have to paid for swimming pool entry RM20 which are not told in advance, will definitely not book this hotel again. 2)Shower at master room is very low pressure, can't even shower and the basin is choked, highlighted to staff but no action taken.

Air is stale cause the windows can’t be opened. No fresh air and the room smell of smoke. Thankfully the apartment provides the necessary essentials. Location of the apartment is right within the traffic congestion area during peak periods. Waste of time travelling in and out of the apartment. Consider travelling out really early and returning really late. Has a 24 hour mini-mart on the ground level of the property. Carpark is badly designed, great for drivers who wants to test their skills. This property is suitable for families who has spare time for traffic jams and doesn’t mind to compromise on comfort for your trip.
