Average hotel stay

The room was okay for the price. The air condition was not cold enough and was making a lot of noise. Hair dryer has to be requested from the front counter. There is no fridge and no wardrobe to store our clothes. Our room was entered by the cleaning staff despite requesting for them not to do so.

Great view and comfortable room

We had a very comfortable room with lots of space and a great view (huge windows!) of the train station. It was an easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from TBS/BTS and there were several shops and places to eat nearby. The filtered hot and cold water in the hallway was a nice bonus. We were very happy with our stay and will be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable and Easy Access to Transportation

Stayed here to attend a concert at Axiata Arena. Only 10 minutes by car (GRAB) to Axiata Arena. Near to TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) where all transportation mode are easily accessible (Bus, LRT and ERL). Recommended to get GRAB/taxi to go to the hotel, as I can't find the walking route to the hotel and hauling heavy bags/luggage across the busy road is dangerous. Stayed at Superior Deluxe Twin room, the room is comfortable, but no window. The shower area can be a little crammed. There is a cold and hot water dispenser at every floor. There is a 7-11 nearby, Old Town Restaurant and a Nasi Kandar restaurant located at the same block.
