The room was so dirty. The walls and doors had stains all over. The toilet was filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere. The towels, pillows and sheets were dirty. We had to wash our linens again. The pillows were so filthy. There were no one to clean out room. we had to take our trash out before checking out.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the extras (washing powder, dish soap, shower toiletries). Good security and electronic keys. Friendly staff. 2 bedroom apartment very spacious. Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

Great location and comfort

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.

The Robertson did not meet my expectations. The only thing that was nice about this residence was the entrance, the rest was not what we expected, and nothing like what the pictures provided. First of, itā€™s extremely hot in the entire complex, and the apartment was so run down. One of the beds was in the living room, and two single beds was almost in a closet. The AC only worked in one for the rooms and the rest was really rusty. We also had like 3 universal ac remotes that didnā€™t work. We had to call the reception and when he came up he didnā€™t even know which remote to use. The bathroom was super dirty, and Iā€™m glad this was only for one stay. The worst part about this whole stay was the fact that we had to wait up to 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive, because it would not stop in our floor and if it did, it would already be full. The location was also not so convenient.

My dad whoā€™s fairly fit, sat down on a chair in the apartment and it gave way, hurting his back. We checked the other chairs and turns out a lot of the screws were loose. The shower pipe was also leaking. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay.

Unsatisfactory Stay

The Robertson, KL is disappointing place to stay in. 1) Hygiene - Hygiene is appalling. The floors doesn't look it was vacuum or wipe. It felt sticky and there were stains found around the suite. Towels had stains everywhere. 2) Amenities/Houskeeping - Hotel did not refresh room properly. Towels were not promptly replace before check-in. Towels were of bad conditions too, and was not well-washed. 3) Air-con - Air-con's has issues, its temperature system was not fully functional and at times 28'c felt like it was 18'c. 4) Customer Service - Service was slow in reply and not helpful.

Save yourself the headache and money and book elsewhere. Where do I startā€¦ Firstly there was no bathroom towels, the sofas smelled and was covered by a sheet. The floor hasnā€™t been mopped. Bathroom smelled like urine, which wasnā€™t a pleasant smell. I spoke to a few of the other guests and they mentioned the same issues. I asked the front reception for a refund and was informed me that I needed to contact customer service. So I asked to change rooms and the same issue.
