⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Stay, But Be Clear About Room Views Manor Residence KLCC by Five Senses is in a fantastic location — close to everything, and the rooftop pool is excellent with stunning city views. The building feels safe and secure, with great security throughout our stay. However, the room we stayed in felt smaller than shown in the pictures, and the view was disappointing. All the marketing images show gorgeous city views, but our room looked directly into another apartment building. It would be much better if the booking information clearly stated that the view depends on the room type. I would have happily paid for an upgrade if I’d known in advance. Overall, a good base in KL, but make sure to check your room category and view before booking.

Overall, this property was a disappointment. The location is good (safe, close to a metro station and within walking distance of the Twin Towers). The price is also low for the area. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was also not bad. However, everything else was not satisfactory. There was no AC in the elevator or corridor. The room was in desperate need of a dehumidifier. The room in general had a damp smell. The master bedroom had an extremely strong odour (similar to a stinky sweaty shirt), which seemed to be coming out of the bathroom drain. This smell was also present in the laundry area near the lobby. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved. There were marks all over bathroom doors. There were some unknown particles on the shower mixer handle. I would definitely not recommend this place.

A great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, walkable to restaurants, stores and shopping. Friendly staff. I feel at home here, I have been currently been traveling for about 8 months around Asia. So having a place that feels like home is special to me. This is will be my go in Kuala Lumpur.

First time in KL with family. We came to the apartment. A guy called Gutam came out and took 2 luggage and said rest of the luggage for us to take. Which we did. He took us to the reception for the apartment we were staying. Gutum took us to our apartment and said if we needed anything to call him or text him. He said his available 24/7 if we needed anything but that was not true. He was not available 24/7 and not availableat all. I text to say how to work the washing machine he didn't respond. I text him for how does the hot water work for tea or coffee, because there was no Kettle. We then had problems with hot water for shower. Text him no answer. Basically the communication was very poor and the air condition in one of the room didn't work and made noise. So the stay wasnt good. I will not be staying at this apartment again. The guy in ground floor called Joe was very helpful. He was better the Gutum.

What I liked about it, it's only 5 minutes walk to Conlay MRT station. I loved the coffee machine in the office I could make a nice cup of coffee anytime. Bed very comfortable. What I did not like is they do not provide face washer, hand towels and there is no conditioner. No microwave.

The single room apartments do not have a living area apart from the kitchenette. I found this to be very disconcerting. So you either had to be in the kitchenette or the bedroom.

We got a 1 bedroom with kitchen, dining and living space with huge balcony overlooking the KLCC twin tower. It's value for money since centrally located. But doesn't provide daily cleaning services, laundry facilities is communal so for long stays its a bit of an issue since lots of guests using same facility. The first day we had issue with A/C since bedroom ac wasn't working properly but they fixed the next day. Overall the staff was accommodating and I would go back and stay with my kids again.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Everything felt cozy and elegant. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind after a day out. Irresponsible staff and bad communication. The room has a weird smell, and the air conditioner is not working. They let us fix it ourselves until we found out the main switch outside the room had a problem, and then they sent someone to fix it. The room is still considered clean and quiet, just don't get a room near the trash chute.

We were given an apartment on the 19th floor with horrific smell (the en-suite master bedroom), the apartment wasn’t well cleaned, we had moulded bread, a needle syringe left in the fridge, used sponge cleaner & rubbish left on the floor, it really wasn’t nice to stay in! It was awful. Luckily, the service team moved us to another apartment which was better! The cleanliness of the apartments could be so much better overall. They should also really consider putting washing machines in all units for guests convenience, even though they provide shared washing/dryer machines on the G floor. But, they are often busy with dirty filters. The only good thing about the stay was the Twin towers view from our rooms. Sadly, I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Room filled with trash in two rooms even though beds were made which indicates poor cleaning. Asked for an extra set of bed sheets upon arrival and was told would not have until the next day. Toilet OVERFLOWED and maintenance was not able to come fix in a timely manner, one shower had NO HOT WATER, wallpaper peeling inside our apartment, masking tape used to hold panels together in the elevator, 2 washing machines for the entire complex that were TINY and 1 of them was out of order. We were not the only ones disappointed. I personally witnessed another family being told by the front desk personnel they had no room for them even though the family insisted they had booked it and had messages to prove communication with the staff. Definitely not what it seems like online and falsely represented.
