Pro: spacious suites Con: need to wait a long time for an elevator during busy hours (52 floors)- and 1 elevator wasn't working during my stay. The infinity pool on the top floor is nice, but Suite 2 blocks the view of Petronas Towers from the pool (if that matters to you).
Elevators were not all working. Bathroom had dirty areas upon arrival. Valet worked with a taxi driver standing at the valet with them who would pressure us to use his taxi. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night due to the water pump breaking and causing loud noises. The curtains did not completely black out the room, though they are labeled as such. The water in the shower did not remain warm for long. The toilet seat was broken requiring maintenance to come fix it. The bed was too small, despite being a king size our legs were nearly hanging off of the edge. The slippers did not fit us, they were too small. The robes were also too small. Breakfast times could be extended. Room service did not always answer the phone. Room service order was missing an item. Despite these issues, we overall enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely, the room was spacious and had a nice view and is centrally located.
Only issue was they need more elevators. People have to wait for long time to get a elevator
Privacy, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry machine right in your apartment, and so close to everything downtown. Excellent breakfast as well.

I booked the hotel with my flight for only 2 nights. But when I came in I was blown away with almost everything . I had to extend my stay for 4 more days. It just feel like sweet home Excellent hotel room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable The view of the twin towers from the room was fantastic. The staff and service was excellent. Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Throughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back

Also this is the best value for money hotel. I live in hotels 300 days out the year and this is the best Ive stayed at overall in years ! Well done face suites, keep up the good job
New suites, huge spaces, nice view, good location, very good for the money. It would be great to have a restaurant or bar at the roof top and also taxi stand by in the hotel. Receptionist not welcome and busy making private phone call. Almost no greeting, would be nice to assign smiley warmth and good staff at the reception desk to welcome and greet guest upon check in and check out. Overall, it is a nice place to stay at a convenient location!
We love the skyline. The hotel room is big. The washing machine is very noisy and taking more than two hours to drying but still not completely dry.
Rooms are comfortable with all facilities. The swimming pool is amazing experience.A big dissappointment is the absence of rearaurant in the hotel.
The hotel was wonderful staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were perfect and spacious. My only complaint is the hotel didn't have a restaurant. So finding breakfast and dinner was a hassle. Other than that I am very pleased with my stay at the face.
We arrived into Kuala Lumpur Airport, got into a Taxi and have the taxi driver address for Face Suites. He didn't know where it was! He tried Google Maps, couldn't find it. We started wondering whether the Face Suites actually existed. We then called the Face Suites on the given phone number and asked for directions. Directions were conveyed and our driver managed to find the place. Arriving into Face Suites bell boys immediately came to open our taxi door and unload our luggage. They wouldn't let us handle any bag at all. The Lobby is huge and beautiful. The whole building is brand new, probably only a few months old. Check in was a breeze. We were then taken to our 2 bedroom (1 bath) Suite on the 39th floor. The suite was great. We opened the master bedroom and lounge curtains to be greeted with great views of the City with the Petrona Twin Towers on one side and the KL Towers on the other side. The Face Suites has a Infinity Pool on the 51st Floor rooftop. The views from the Pool are breathtaking, perhaps the best in KL City. You can see the Petrona Twin Towers on your left and KL Tower on your right. The views at night are even better when the city and tower lights are on. The staff are very helpful. Whenever we asked them to call a taxi, the taxi was waiting for us by the time we got to the lobby. We had a short 2 night stay in KL and are so glad we booked here. If we do return to KL, Face Suites is where we will stay.
