Avoid staying here. The lifts are utterly inadequate. You will wait over an hour on the upper floors to get down stairs, or like we had to, take the stairs in 30 degree heat. Management utterly uninterested. Flat was adequate, but the facilities are barely so. Despite being accommodation for 4 you get 2 or 3 of everything. Starting to get shabby and not entirely clean. Bar is not good and the food very poor. Pool was closed for most of our stay, but the seats were broken and it had a very unloved air about it. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Check out was polite but disinterested in complaints. I was encouraged to give a bad review rather than being offered any solutions. Don’t stay here. There are many much better options.

This unfortunately isn’t a 5 star property. The lobby looks lovely but upon arrival (around 5pm) the 2 members of staff I dealt with were quite rude and kurt so it didn’t leave a great first impression. The room itself was somewhat clean but the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and there was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment (just the bathroom) ! The AC and general appliances in the room were quite old, the TV for example was so dated it didn’t even have chromecast! The apartment also seemed to lack adequate lighting as the whole space felt a bit dark. The hallways were also always very stuffy (due to no AC) and due to the lack of lifts it usually took a while for a lift to arrive (we were on the 40th floor). Overall, I don’t think I would return as there are plenty of better quality 5 star hotels in KL!

Great Stay with Top Amenities, Close to Attraction

We had a wonderful stay with excellent amenities, including a skydeck bar, swimming pool, gym, and restaurant on the 51st floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with kitchen facilities, a fridge, and a washing machine. Major attractions like the Twin Towers and KLCC are within walking distance. The only drawback was the long wait time for the elevator due to the high number of tourists and inter-floor traffic. Overall, it was great value for money, and our family of four, including a child, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Really practical and spacious stay with a killer rooftop pool. Getting a bit too busy compared to the last trip - means the great pool is less cool, and the lifts are a huge pain especially at checkout. Stayed in a higher class room than last time, but it actually felt less space and the view was substantially worse. A bit disappointing but still a really great place for families in terms of price, location and space.

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave. On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own. The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This was one of the worst stays in my past Expedia experience. The room was spacious, but not clean when we arrived. The location and view from the top floor were great. Yet the elevators were extremely slow, adding 5 minutes both ways. Our room was opened unannounced by a worker while we were trying to relax in the room, and he immediately left without any explanation, making us feel unsafe in the hotel. The building was shared with multiple hotel providers, and the lobby was quite busy and unorganised. Please stay away from this property if you are expecting any starred hotel standards.

My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view. The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL.

Really surprised no towels, bathrobes set in the room. Phone could not connect to front desk, housekeeping. I had to go down to ask for towels. Comfort and cleanliness is good. However… 1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water 2. Bad experience at the restaurant! (I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast! (II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded. (III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers! (IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’ (V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer? Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests? Compliment to: 1. The responsiveness of the back reservation staff 2. The front desk for smooth checki in and check out. Hope that FACE Hotel look into what we have just feedback!

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point. Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned. Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property. Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one. Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.
