This is the third time we have stayed here and I am shocked as to how it has deteriorated. It was just shabby. Kitchen cupboards need replacing, blind in shower needs replacing, water stains on curtains, could not use main air con as leaking, kitchen tap leaking, no kettle supplied, no phone in room for reception if a problem. Actually when checked in taken straight to room bypassing reception. Will not be staying here again which is a shame as really good location. Towels have seen better days and had to be taken to the pool.

Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts that have clearly not been replaced in many months if not years. Overall, a truly miserable experience - certainly not worth the huge amount charged for the stay!! Would NOT recommend to anyone!

チェックインに手間取りましたが、電話したら係りの男性が駆けつけてくださり安心しました。部屋は27階、見晴らしよくいい具合でした。4連泊でしたが部屋の清掃がなかった点が不満でした。
