Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, I found that there was a room available at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room did not have a single bed as per my reservation, but since I am traveling alone, I am comfortable with the twin bed. The view was fantastic. It is recommended to request a corner room, as they offer the best views, including all four towers. The hotel is conveniently located near the PWTC station and Putra Mall. However, one issue that has affected my four-star rating is that some white plaster or paint has fallen from the ceiling onto the bed. I only noticed this upon my departure, and it fell near the pillow. I hope that management can investigate this matter, as it poses a health hazard if inhaled.

Overall the property quality and maintenance is average. Some mold in the shower, room design very simple, water drains very slow from shower and sink. The hotel offers a good value and some of the best Pakistani barbecue restaurants are nearby in a cluster that gets busy. Metro is a 2-3 minutes walk away. I would stay here again, but the hotel should address maintenance and quality issues

Breakfast area is a chaotic site after 9am, the staff in the breakfast area are unhelpful and not bothered. The food variety is plenty but freshness, taste and flavour is missing. You go to egg and dosa station to ask for fresh dosa or omelette they point you to the pile that they had already made. The puris and roti are cold and hard to eat, requests for fresh were just ignored. Front desk is always chaotic. The concierge desk is the most helpful and welcoming. difficult to find any management who is looking after the quality of service. Not a 5 star property. Cancelled the next booking and moved to a better hotel in the same area

we had an excellent time in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff were very friendly; especially shout out for Shervin, Akmal and Habibuz Jakir. They gone extra mile to make our staff comfortable. My only issue was noise from lifts shaft. I explained to staff and they changed our room from 2601 to 1816. But in this room we were disturbed by noise from the trains every 3 minutes. My only suggestion to improve experience is the Rooms should to be sound proof otherwise it an excellent hotel with nice location and all the amenities near by especially shopping experience.

Helpful staff, convenient location, close to public transport and shopping mall, clean rooms, well-maintained gym and swimming pool. But the aircon is fixed at very cold all the time, even when its turned off.
