This was overall a pretty disappointing place to stay. I’ll start with the positive, the location of this place is incredible, we could see the Petronas Towers from our unit on the 46th floor and on the top floor, they have an infinity pool which offers over 180 degree views of the city, this is the sole reason I’m giving it an overall 2 stars. Regarding the property itself, firstly, the check in process was inconvenient, instructions were not provided on how to check in. I had to figure out the WhatsApp number and give it a call upon which I received a QR Code and video that showed how to get my keys. This should’ve been communicated to me before I arrived. Then when we got to our unit, a bunch of things that are supposed to be provided such as toiletries, bottled water, teabags, etc. were not provided. After calling the same number over 5 times and messaging multiple times, these amenities eventually got provided after 9 P.M. the following day. The 2 rooms are designed in a manner that’s not convenient for any privacy, the bathroom stands between the 2 rooms and is accessible from both rooms so you have to coordinate between people across the 2 rooms to decide when to go. Inside the bathroom, the toilet seat was dislodged and needs to be fixed. The 2nd “room” doesn’t have a single plug point which is also a slight inconvenience. Overall, we didn’t have a good experience with living in this unit. I give the location of it a 10/10 but barring that, it was not the best.
