I had a club room and the afternoon drinks and food on the top floor was excellent. I went swimming one morning and I found the pool area to seem old. Needs update. The room was very comfortable and I had a great view of the city. The room was sold at the appropriate value for the experience. The downstairs breakfast buffet was delicious. Good location to get around Bukit Bintang.

The only thing that stands out is the staff especially Fifi at the front desk and the bellman at the entrance. This is not a 5 star hotel. Toilet did not flush properly. Room was a bit dated. Everything at the hotel had prices like NYC. A pack of Oreos that sells right opposite the hotel in the mall for $0.60 US sells for $3 at the hotel. Really Sheraton this is how you nickel and dime your customers. Also I didn’t see 1 person at the Indian restaurant, reason being price are way too expensive. I dine opposite the twin tower at NZ curry house for 1/10 the price and service with a view of the twin towers. The bar and pool bar was priced like if you are at the club in NYC. Gym was in good condition. The Spa was way too expensive. You get a massage in NYC Chinatown for less the price than at the hotel. Hotel wasn’t quiet either, you can hear construction going on and the traffic. Also please review your bill, checked my bill at 4am a saw a room charge of $64 US. I immediately called the front desk and inquired, only to be told someone from reception will call be back. I waited without going back to sleep. No one called. Went down at 8am and was told it was a mistake. A mistake that cost me 4 hrs of my precious sleep especially when I am on vacation. I wished to those reviewers who rated this hotel as a 5 star. This is my 31st country visiting and no way this is a 5 star. I stayed at boutique 3 star hotel that had way better services. Unfortunately orbitz only allows 1500 words.

Sheraton Imperial is a very nice hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. The beds and beddings are good quality and comfortable. Nice location too, walking distance to transportation, mall and tourist spot.

Best hotel I ever have, very clean and big. They upgraded me to a bigger room because of the construction, the location was good too, there’s a mall across the street. Highly recommended
