When the housekeeping staff is friendlier than the lobby staff, then there's something wrong with this picture. The lobby staff didn't even make any eye contact when we come in/out of the building. Even during breakfast, they took away our napkins without notice while we were still eating!!! Every other table had napkins, why on earth did they take ours away? Racism much??? They also Failed to announce last call for food. They just started removing the all the food from the kitchen without even telling anyone, although many guests were still eating. Housekeepers, on the other hand, always greeted us with bright smiles on their faces when we passed them on our way to our room. Rooms we're comfy, soft bed, fluffy pillows but the wifi is the slowest I have ever seen in a so-called "5star" hotel. I kept getting disconnected every few minutes. Overall, I will never come back to this hotel, and I don't recommend this to anybody with a pulse.

No doubt abt d courteous staffs thy r excellent! But nds 2 improve on d beds coz thy r old & nt so comfy. Cn feel d springs whn u sit on it.

If you're attending a conference/event at the Putra WTC the hotel is perfect (literally next door). Located across the street from one of the many shopping centers in KL. Regular rooms have carpet floors, Club level rooms have hardwood floors (if you have allergies you'll appreciate the difference). Somewhat unstable Wifi connection. Breakfast is good - wide variety, not great quality though. Gym is small and uninviting but has the essentials. The property is a block away from the metro/train station, which is convenient, but is "far" from other main attractions (from 10 minutes car ride and over depending on traffic). The area is kind of dead beyond the convention center and the shopping mall. Would definitely stay there again if attending a conference at Putra WTC though.

I dont recommend this hotel to nobody. Very very dusty hotel.

Received an outstanding services frm d parking security but quite a dissapointment on d services gvn by d front ofc crews.

The hotel is near the center of KL and is just across a shopping center.

It was a last min change of plans & was afraid tht mum wld complaint abt d stay coz she hates to waste d $ on hotels. But im glad she really enjoyed d stay thr & it was worth d $.

Generally i enjoy stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient, short walk from metro station. Everything was good, as expected. Can recommend this hotel for everybody.

We switched rooms because there was a sigarette smell in the room and the sheets were burned by a sigarette. The second room was clean and spacious. The shower was not professionally installed but it worked (although it was very loud in it)

I do not believe this hotel has 5 star. I will not reserve on in the future. I will try to find better than it.

the room is common, but less rated 5 stars, the clean is not so good, but the buffet is good.
