very disappointed

I've paid for a higher rate for a room with bathtub. when i checked in, the owner told me that they closed the room and replaced it with another room which is much cheaper than the amount that I've paid. The hotel owner even told me that they wanted to save the water. I've asked them for a refund and they said they can't because I've paid in advance. don't understand the logic. i would never stay here again. very disappointed.
