Stayed at 3 nights for business meeting. But this is not a suitable place for business meeting. Firstly, the theme of this hotel is more like a party hotel without the party crowd. Pop-music blasted everywhere from morning to evening which is fine if you are here on holiday, but disturbing when you are having business meeting. The layout is also very confusing, and you get lose easily. The lobby looks like a night club, and I though it was because I came at night, but it was equally party like during the day. The purple & blue lightings in all common areas further reinforce the party theme. Secondly, the exterior typical Malay architecture looks fine, but the devils lies in the detail. For a 5 star hotel/ resorts, the exterior & interior workmanship is below average, and maintenance is below par, cleanliness below expectation. Two of my colleagues who checked in earlier didnt get their room clean on weekend. One of them sighted cockroach in the room. My bed sheet had a stain, and because of that I know the bed sheet was not changed throughout my stay. Coincidently, I had stained bed sheet in Pullman Sydney Airport as well, now I am wondering that is a Pullman Standard. Third, food is terrible. Not only breakfast, lunch & tea break. I would replace the chef if I were the GM. I can understand if the western or international dishes are not good which is common for Malaysia hotels, but usually the local food are good. Here, the even the local food are not good. Even the white rices has clumps! The food did not look appealing and it looks like many of them are procured from factories instead of prepared by kitchen. As vegetarian, food choices are very limited for breakfast & tea breaks. Lunch was better as there are some Indian veg dishes. I was excited to hear the gym is opened 24 hrs and checked it out the place at 11pm. However, after navigating through the labyrinth & confusing signage, I realised the passage to the gym was locked, and of course, didnt get to use it. There are also a lot of Mainland Chinese Tourists in this hotel. In short, I wouldnt recommend this place for business or leisure. It is too out of the way, far from any action, nothing around here, terrible food, and not clean.
Dear Hanu, Thank you so much for the treat yesterday We were brought in to the Spa area.Walking through the place was so serene, very beautiful indeed. Once we reached the spa room we were greeted with a beautiful bouquet and a delicious cake. The room was equipped with a Jacuzzi, bathroom and it was so breathtaking. Loved everything about the room and to add on the melodies background music was just awesome. The therapist arrived and they were both very friendly. The oil that they used on us had a very calming scent and the massage for a stress relief experience. Then we were brought to eat at the Bee's Restaurant. It was buffet. I must say the interior of the restaurant was just wow! They had a good variety of food. From western to indian and chinese. The food was tasty and i just couldn't stop myself from eating. The dessert was mouth watering and I'm so impressed with the type of dessert you provide as everything looks out of the box. The staff inside were very friendly and helpful. Overall i would highly recommend Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside to everyone I know just to experience what I did. It's one of a kind. Kudos to the marketing manager Ms Hanu & The Director himself as Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside is truly magical ❤❤❤
The meeting room was spacious and the meeting facilities is great. However, most participants complaint of the confusing parking and layout of the hotels. The rooms was okay but looks a bit dated. The toilet needs refurbishment as the shower and tub is very old style and already showing watermarks and mold, and cracks. Food at the B's restaurant is good however the buffet is very crowded. A single line to get food at the counter makes it feel like a cafeteria rather than a hotel restaurant. What surprised me was the parking rate. Even with meeting package we were still charged RM10 for day rate. This is daylight robbery considering in Putrajaya most of the outside/public parking is free or charged minimal at RM1. So for visitors to the hotel, maybe it is better to park at the public open carparks around the hotel.
This Architecture of this hotel is very interesting. Good for photography and some great shots. The pool on the top is nice and offers great view of the PUTRAJAYA city. There are really good activities for kids including a play center. The food at the main restaurant was good too.
My boyfriend is an Accor Hotels member and he booked this hotel for us and to my surprise this hotel is really huge and the location is quiet. Staff- very accommodating from the check in time to having out breakfast to check out they are all very accommodating. Room-very huge, i made a video of the room though I cannot upload it here but I can tell you it is huge. We have a king size bed, we have 2 toilets, we have a pantry(small kitchen) , an office table, wardrobe etc. It is complete. Room us carpeted btw. Complimentary- we have coffeemaker, free water, slippers, robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion n shower gel even shaving kit they have and a sewing kit aswell. Wifi connection is great!!! Food- well I can say that I had a good breakfast here, their food comes in variety. From western to asian. They have an egg station, salad statior fruit n yoghurt. The restaurant has a large seating capacity and its interior is very appealing in my eyes. Staff always check if the food needs to replenish or is the food hot enough which is really good. Swimming pool- well, the pool is under a face lift on the day we went there so I cannot say anything about it. Overall, we had a great stay! And given the chance to go back there, we'll make it 3days to a week. Cheers!! 🎉🎉🎉
I had stayed for 1 night then I will rent a car to Malacca on the next day. Staff upon c/o gave me free upgrade to the lake view which was great. Many thanks to mr. Abrahim at concierge to organize a car rental. It was very difficult to find even I searched at KLIA and I had ordered very urgent. I quite disappointed the service of the breakfast. No one came to clear our plates when we picked up more food maybe we sat outside for smoking area that no one came to look around. I would like to notice you that the information for the "Bienvenue Carte" should get discount on food and breakfast as well. I didn't know that this property can use only for room only. Overall for this hotel is good and closed to KLIA.
THE GOOD This hotel is really good and we really enjoyed out one night here. The rooms were large, nice, quiet, and the service was really good. Breakfast was quite good too. Price was good too. NOT SO GOOD Parking a bit expensive given the location (KL city centre hotels charge much less and that is in prime property area). The quiet ambience was spoilt by the unescapable Ramadan dinner with loud live music which covered the whole grounds. Location is of course not great, but I knew that.
Good hotel with a superb location and ambience.Being Ramadan there was a lot of fun and frolic. Food was everywhere and kids enjoins it the most. Located in serene and natural environment, very close to airport and very good staff.
This is a 3 Star property at best. Bathroom dark and dingy. Hotel totally isolated. Food and alcohol completely overpriced (double what we paid in ioi mall) It saved us money to pay a Taxi to take us to ioi mall. After staying in beautiful hotel's in KL, Langkawi and Penang this was very disappointing for our final 4 day's in Malaysia. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff are really good. There is no way this hotel is anywhere near 5 Star standard
checking in and out were smooth those deserve credits are nazrin banu Amira Ain faizal etc. Coffee house staffs were equally efficient including Azrul Cilla Juliana etc. Housekeeping are top in their services plus the welcome drink at China Bar staffs were definitely customer oriented.
