Kk mart nearby, chinese kopitiam nearby for breakfast. Rooms need better furnishing. I called the hotel to book but reception said they were full. Went to booking.com instead and it was available. No toothbrush provided.
Stayed 1 night here for a convention at The Holy Family Church, Kajang. It is conveniently located with eateries nearby. The room is rather huge with 2 super single size beds. Although the furnishing is a little old but overall it was clean.
Two stars sounds bad but it doesn't mean don't! It depends on what you want, are paying, need the hotel to do etc. The rooms are old fashioned, nineteen seventy three wants its furniture back, but reasonable. The staff are good, helpful and attentive. The location is what it is. We can all use a map, if you need to be in the area then that is fine. It's not near enough to be a tourist spot from kl. in all fairness any more than two stars would be misleading I think. It's well priced, ok and located for a particular local area. No more no less.
I stayed at the hotel because its nearby to a place where I need to go.It's in front of Hospital Kajang, nearby of many bank branches and is a typical small town in Malaysia. While the location is ok, I wont recommend the hotel because traffic noise from the road do get to you.And noise will only slow down around 2.30am.I stayed on the 4th floor facing the road. The hotel is at the junction with traffic light. So, every time the vehicles down there rave up their pedal for speed you will hear that.If you need to stay here, maybe you can ask for the other side that is not facing the road. The bed is large (super single) for a person but room's furnishings are very old.The kettle has rust, aircond outlet has mold and the bed linen has stain on it (which turn me off - imagining that maybe the bed linen is the same one used by previous occupier.. eww).Luckily there's two bed - so I slept on the other one.Cleanliness can be better.During my stay, the hotel is under renovation (expected to complete in Dec'17/Jan'18) - so lets hope that they refurnish the rooms (or at least paint / give a new coat of varnish to the furniture) and not onlyreplacing tiles or the carpeting.Other than that, I like the stairs architectural elements. It remind me of the Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai stairs which is more classy even its an older hotel.
Within walking distance to 2 malls and a host of downtown street side stores and shops. Breakfast is free and surprisingly good. The clerestory lobby with stairs at one end is a nice architectural detail and gives a nice open appearance to the hotel inside. (There are elevators too, of course). The room rates are very reasonable and the rooms, while older, are kept clean. The desk and service staff are friendly and helpful.
Worse hotel stay experience.Luckily just booked for a night stay. Room was dusty and smelly. Given floor mat instead of towel for extra bed.Water heater faulty.maintenance guy came and confirmed unable to fix.No room replacement given!!! No Wi-Fi due to server down. Breakfast without bread and all on display seems leftover from yesterday's.Decided to head out for better option. Seems it's not coincidence its just this hotel standard.Definitely no coming back and night not recommended. Feedback to hotel staff goes to deaf man ears.
Poor location (Very far from Kuala Lumpur) The room itself and the furniture need updating Breakfast is not good Far from the train station (You need to take a taxi to get to KL and the ride costs around RM 60-70 Their listing in Agoda shows a swimming pool but don't be fooled. The pool is in the country club a few kilometers away.
Booked through Agoda for 3 days 2 night. Went here with my wife as she loves to eat Sate Hj Samuri before i married her Unlucky for who just get married spent in a weird hotel Ask the malay male receptionist to change queen/king bedroom on the day checked in but cant get it as the reason is fullhouse On the next day tried asked to change to queen/king bedroom at the counter and a female malay receptionist tried to check for us but the same guy yesterdays one stopped her to check it.Told them as our rooms shower also was not functioning well and the male malay receptionist said will inform the maintainance to check for us but almost 1 hour didnt reach to our room
first of all to the hotel mgmt, kindly delete your swimming pool facilities as you do not have any. The pool is actually belongs to so called club house (not a walking distance) attended by a lousy and unprofessional pool staff name AZRI (no sure he's telling me his real name). My hubby was not allowed to accompanied my child at the pool (even he is not swimming) juz bcoz he is wearing beach short. This is crap as we have travel a lot overseas and local. Anyway we don't have other complaint during our stay at the hotel except our bad experience at the pool. Hotel need some upgrading as most of the amenities in the room kinda old and torn.
stayed at second floor/ 2 rooms tap water yellowish for long time. curtain dirty. tv not working. wifi slow. Room spacious thou, Reception Ok. Need to refurbish the interior. OK location to reach several locale etc Satay Kajang Hj Samsuri
