First, the bad news :
1. Check in experience was bad. Chaos. People keep cutting you off because there is no system for queueing
2. The hallway on the 19th floor smell like a full blooded construction zone, very strong paint odor. It appears very clean, though
3. No water in the shower. Need to call someone engineering/maintenence to help pull the water plug, which is unnecessary in the first place as the shower area only has a single hand shower
4. The maintenance staff only arrive after 2 calls and 30 minutes later
5. The wall panel/partition between the bed and the lavatory area keeps vibrating whenever my next door neighbor flushes his/her toilet. This is my biggest gripe as the vibration keeps waking me up from my sleep
6. The smart TV sometimes has problem with its Chromecast function. It connects to my advice with minimal trouble but then the screen would either go blank or turn into a screen saver mode
The good news :
1. Newly renovated, with nice and inviting lobby bar
2. Room was clean, bed comfy and linens spotless. Plenty of pillows too which is a big plus point
3. The hotel advertised my room as King Deluxe, however the bed was very narrow. Struggle to call it a Queen at best
4. Room has a special filtered, potable water tap, a very nice and concrete green initiative
5. Hotel has a nice fitness facility and a good size pool on the sixth floor
