room (my room) is a little dated and soon due for rejuvenation,,, still good but not for long,,did I mention "fantastic staff?"

Check in to the hotel was smooth and fast. The room is comfortable. There is no body lotion, no tooth brush and tooth paste provided in the room which is not the norm. The location of the hotel is ideal and convenient for shoppers. Front desk and concierge are efficient and friendly.

The Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur is located in the center of KL. It has seen better days the carpet is worn and stained in the hallways the room door stop was broken and laying on the carpet. The room telephone connection was very noisy, whether calls from outside or room-to-room or to the front desk. The food prices are very high and rival those in hotels in large US cities. The good news is two-fold. First, the location is great and if you don't mind a bit of walking, you can get to a number of shopping venues and sites, including the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Second, the staff is great! After meeting me once the night that I checked-in both the front desk agent and the doorman remembered my name and room numbers without referring to any paper the next day when I approached them separately - impressive! The staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. The room was small. The internet connection was not fast don't plan to watch YouTube on your computer. The hotel breakfast had a reasonable variety, but it was expensive (I forgot to get room reservations with breakfast included.) I can only give a marginal recommendation for the Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. I am a seasoned traveler. I have stayed in hotels in 70 cities in 18 different countries over the past 15 years.

The Room was a bit smallIt was a very pleasant stay, service was good and hotel is very clean.

The people working at Park Royal were very nice and accommodating. I liked the room, but had no time to visit the swimming pool, restaurants or bars. If you like your bed made with a duvet, then this is your place. I don't like duvets and had a very hard time sleeping. It's too hot for me trying to sleep under a synthetic covered, down filled pillow (aka a duvet) and I like plump feather pillows either. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.

This is a conveniently located hotel. It just down the street from a monorail station. The staff members respond to your needs.

My wife and I spent three pleasant nights at this hotel. The room was huge with two double beds. The hotel was across from Sungai Wang and next to Isetan and the monorail station, so good for shopping and transport. Staff good. No complaints.

Great staff and location, easy access to the highway and lots of shopping near by.

I have chosen this hotel so many times over the years I have lost track of the numbers. Do I need to say more?

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the staff are friendly and helpful. They can recognise you when you come back the next time.

Restaurants and shops exceeded my expectation. It also has spa. Very friendly to business travelers.

It's a nice hotel with shopping in all 4 directions. Enjoyed it

The hotel was beautiful, but the staff takes their sweetest time to check in passengers. They were very helpful and friendly. Over all they were great. And the location was right at the middle of everything.

Great access to all major shopping location. Easy access to monorail - big advantage. Room clean, comfy bed, but really, really small room. Still ok since we did not spend a lot of time in the room. Staff super helpful and friendly. We took the breakfast and internet inclusive option which was a definite benefit. Super breakfast spread.
