Family friendly as some rooms have baths… close to Times Square and Lalaporte. Hotel food was great and not expensive. Nice pool at the top of hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and had own hot/ cold water unit….never seen that provision before.

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

really good property, area is close enough to the city centre I walked home from the centre everyday. One thing that really stood out that I really liked was that the hotel had a filtered water system within the room instead of water bottles so it saves on plastic and encourages recycling!!

One of the top-notch hotels in the area and it's a good value for money. Pros: Very close to all main attractions and malls. Transportation is easy from and to the hotel Staff are super friendly and helpful Pool is great and has a great view Wide variety of malaysian and asian dishes for breakfast ( they always add something new) Super clean and comfortable rooms Cons: For non-asian customers, the breakfast selection is limited

The good: The property is clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to major attractions. The room faces away from the road, ensuring no traffic noise. The bad: Soundproofing is poor; conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly audible. Additionally, parking incurs an extra charge.

The staff & service were excellent. Cannot fault the staff. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room was lovely although I would've preferred one with a bath but that's ok. The surrounds is shabby but that's just the area it's located at. It's very close to Time Square and short distance to Lalaport if shopping is your thing. Note to self...don't use Google Maps for walking directions. It'll lead you up the garden path!
