We stayed 1 night at this hotel on 16 Nov. Upon checking in, we were informed by the front desk that the room we booked is for single beds and if we wanted a king sized bed, we would need to pay a top up. The problem is, these were not properly stated on the booking website (booked via agoda, by the way). Neither was there different prices for different room (single beds or queen/king sized bed). Overall, we felt very misled. The hotel was newly renovated and the room is clean. Hotel staff are polite. However, the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located opposite the mall and transit nearby.

stayed three nights in this Melia hotel, we have done a few of this chain of hotel and are usually happy, but there's something not right. The breakfast was well under par,( melia Hanoi has the best breakfast bar in the world, probably ) if your in a position not happy with anything pork, then don't substitute it for anything else, it don't work! ie chicken sausage, beef bacon etc.. and is decent bread not made available to this hotel. Any way lobby boys and girls efficient , bar area very quite , cocktail bar surprisingly good, pool area nice and calm , overall the hotel works fine, but the décor could do with a lift , the staff are of course lovely ,a smile for everyone. My next visit to KL may see me looking elsewhere, unless l am upgraded to level grade room .

Stayed there with my mother from 30th Nov til 3rd Dec 2017 for mother daughter weekend trip. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean properly. However, the shower was a bit of an issue. I wasn't sure if this tiny issue applied to other room too or just happened to my room. The issue was, it took a while before the hot water to come out. So in the morning, or at night after we came back from our activities, whoever shower first must wait for like 3-5 min before the water become warm enough to shower with (tap was turned to the hot side completely). It wasn't a big deal but the waiting time was a bit much. Other than that, I had no problem here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The gym was OK for a hotel standard. The location is the best one. In front of Imbi monorail station, across a mall, walking distance from Jalan Alor. Basically you have everything you need within 1km radius.

Melia offered a very competitive price compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are big, location convenient, and flanked by various malls and 24-hour convenience stores. Right beside the LRT too!

We had a really good time stayed at Melia's hotel. It has excellent location and staffs are very friendly and helpful. While we asked to changed the sheets after 3 days stay, only one pillow case were changed out of two with every bed. Disappointing. But we had no other problem with our 6 days stay. Will stay again if come to KL.

Stayed at Melia for 2 nights on 25 - 27 Nov 2017 with another couple. Great value for money and location is very convenient. Breakfast spread is good with lots of varieties. Friendly staff all around the hotel and housekeeping is fast. Special thanks to Anbu for being very accommodating to my special needs as my wife is not feeling well and need breakfast at bed. He truly lived up to your motto of passion for service. Will definitely stay there again when I visit KL again. Keep up the good works! Thanks Jasni Bidin Singapore

Melia has the best concierge team. They are efficient and friendly. Real asset of the hotel. Rooms are newly refurbished, and spacious. We had a comfortable stay for my son’s award ceremony at a venue nearby. Good value hotel. I would stay again only if I have something nearby. Still prefer to be around shopping belt. I found bed to be slightly hard, definitely not comfortable heavenly bed.

In short, food was absolutely terrible, lacked quality and variety. Tables left uncleaned utensils strewn across tables. Beds were poor quality and pillows sink in way too difficult to sleep in. TV needs a change.

Simply Meliá like! All is as being at home. Friendly, well located, amazing staff, clean, comfortable. For sure this Will be my hotel for my future visits to KL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Es como estar en casa. Desde el front desk hasta los camareros, dirección, duty mánager... Ni una sola objeción! (Sugerencia... Cambiar el queso del desayuno)

Good 4 star hotel that has been recently renovated nice large rooms great showers with excellent water in room very small.lifts very slow and seem to be under maintance Breakfast very good great value for money High
