Yes I got beaten by bedbugs and I reported it to the management with evidence from the bites and badly managed by the staff offering me a cream from their first aid box without thinking whether or not I could be allergic to it and the house doctor was waste of time offering to give me an injection for the rash rather than a cream from the pharmacy it was a joke

Our second stay this year, and one of my favourite hotels in the world. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pillows are heavenly. Nothing is too much.

Great facilities- I love the gym, much better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The spa and massage were amazing. I used the tennis and pickleball courts when I was there too. And the swimming pool has lots of sun beds which is always nice! Breakfast has absolutely everything! Will definitely stay there any when I return to KL next time! Thank you for looking after us so well!!

Overall, was a very nice place to stay breakfast big variety of foods everything fresh variety of juices freshly made hotel. Well situated room was excellent clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again.
