The staff were friendly. They don't provide mineral water & 3 in 1 drink. It's okay if they do not want to provide the 3 in 1 drink. But at least mineral water is the basic one needed. Even the guest staying more than 1 night, they should refill the mineral water because the room was charged per night, not per stay. Only the pool is awsome. It's because of the view.

Nice little hotel in the city that’s not too far from a very large mall and the metro station. Only 5 minutes by cab to the city centre and the staff are super nice!

The cleanliness of the hotel room, the open-air dining area. The hotel experienced power failure on the floor that we were occupying but quickly offered us another floor. The service was fast.
