The hotel is situated just beside PWTC. If you are attending an event in PWTC, this is the hotel for you. No need to think about where to park your car. Also it is approximately 400 metres walk to PWTC metro station and Sunway Putra Mall which is one of the trendiest mall in KL. Room was comfortable, very basic and just nice. Wifi was quite good and breakfast was fine. Way cheaper alternative to other big hotels nearby. Hot shower worked fine. The hotel was pretty quiet at that time, maybe it was because I checked in on a working day. I bet it would be full by the weekend. Anyway, I won't mind staying here again.
I stayed there from 27-28th of November 2017. When I reached the area I was ambiguous if the decision to stay in the hotel was a wise one as it was a crowded area in KL. The whole experience in the hotel proved there is no reason to worry. There secure car park that belonged to hotel as that was prime concern. The lobby was busy but the room area were quiet and gives on the privacy needed. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The room I stayed gave an impression of wise use of the space. Basic facilities and toiletries were provided. Bathrooms were very clean. In short I think it’s a wise decision to stay there. I would recommend it to business travellers who are looking for moderately priced hotels.
Excellent hotel with very helpful staff reception team is so nice, very good room rate and close to everywhere in Kuala Lumpur, good room service and so honest, I advise anyone to stay here relax and enjoy your vacation
Good budget hotel in KL. located near to metro. good location. breakfast is available. nice staff and rooms. Rooms are little small . family budget hotel. 3 start facilities available. Good option in Kl
stayed there for one night,,,courteous staff...helped us in accommodating third person as well. but amenities as per pricing are not adequate...soaps and towels were not upto the mark...also charging 110 ringers for one night should include atlas water bottle....
What I preferred most was the cleanliness of the room. I was in the newly renovated wing and the size of the room was just adequate for me. Some may feel the rooms are a little too cramped. The room was air conditioned and had a TV. Wifi was fast. Toiletries were provided. I wish there were telephones for each room. The reception was good and helpful. Room service was fine. Breakfast was nice and liked the variety of food offered. The lady at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. There were many nice restaurants around the hotel too. Access to the PWCT train station was also easy. It was only about a 6 minutes walk from the hotel. If you want to take the monorail, the Titiwangsa station is the closest and not the Chowkit station and will take about 10 minutes to get there. The Sunway Putra mall is also about 600m away. Comfortable stay for a low budget !!!
We stopped here for the night between flying from Manila to London. It was booked as part of our flight. The reception area was nice and the staff were helpful, but I could sense there was a problem at check in. They sorted it though. We seemed to be in an older part of the hotel which could have done with a freshen up, though the room was clean, a double and a proper single bed which were all comfortable. The room was air conditioned, there was a fridge and complementary tea and coffee. It was about 55 minutes from the airport to the hotel and using a metered taxi came to 160 ringgits (about £34). A bus a few minutes from the hotel was 1 ringgit (25p) and that drops you straight to the Petronis towers. The buses don't give change so try and have a stock of 1 ringgit notes 😀. Also a few minutes walk from the hotel is a nice mall where you can shop and eat. We were there only 2 days ago and during Ramadan so we had to wait a while to eat as we were there after the sun had gone down! If we had maybe had a better room, and ate in the hotel I could maybe give a better and more informed review of the hotel. For one night though, it was ideal.
Nice stay with awesome view of room (newly renovated)!! With 2 towels but no toiletries. Please prepare your own toiletries. Nearby PWTC & KTM. Variety food offered. Friendly staff. Exclusive environment & worth to pay that price. High level of privacy (concrete wall)
Stayed there with my family. Booked a Triple Deluxe room. First night; Upon check in, receptionist was nice and friendly. Gave us our room, no. 411. The hot water was not working :-( We informed the front desk staff and we were upgraded and moved to suites room, no. M1. Room was ok. Second night; we moved to room 303. Room was better than before. For short trip stay, it was ok with that price.
Upon check in, the lobby counter was not looked like a lobby counter and there is this weird smell. the staff at the lobby counter is rude, not friendly. The room smells terrible, smells like someone have been smoking, puking previously and asked the housekeeper to get rid off the smell but its hard since the smell probably has been stucked in there for awhile. Toilet was clean and basic, TV is new and channel is clear. Air cond took a while to get cold. There is water kettle for hot water but probably u want to get mineral water first just in case and convenient store is available behind the hotel to get some basic stuffs - open till 2am.
