We enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 3 kids in a clean and modern 3-bd suite. Full kitchen. Great views. Huge pool area. Courteous and helpful staff. Convenience store and café onsite, and breakfast available on 45th floor. Walking distance to all the KLCC attractions (public waterfall pool, Petronas Towers, Aquarium) and KL tower. Only a block away from the Changat Bukit Bintang street bar/restaurant scene. Easy to hail taxi.
The room is cozy and large, with new facilities and comfortable beds. The view is nice and we can see the KL tower and twin tower. But the hot water supply was not adequate and the distance from the nearest railway station was a bit far.
Apt with full amenities like washer n dryer, fridge, and silverware. Clean not spotless, bed super comfortable. Don't bother with buying breakfast there, go out. Gym and large outdoor pool are great. No view at pool and no bar. About 2 blocks from restaurants n bars which surround hotels. Outside of that area your at your own risk at night. Cabs are easy to get, blue color cabs more expensive ask for a regular one. Close to luxury mall shops.
informed front desk that bathroom has funny smell and stain on toilet bowl, all they'd done were sent a housekeeper to spray some 'air freshener to spray around bathroom and left... no cleaning was done. furniture was full of dust, either not being clean properly or the room hasn't been rent out for some time.
