The room is fairly small, but it's comfortable. Nice view of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. We had lots of construction noise, but it wasn't loud enough to interfere with sleep. Small refrigerator in room was a nice touch. Pool looked nice. The listing states complimentary water, but we didn't have any our 1st night. A few hours after checking in, the building lost power. The windows can't be opened, so it got pretty warm in the room with no fresh air movement & no hope of a fan or AC working. The power outage continued for at least 27 hours and only affected this hotel. Everyone else had power. When they restored power to the lobby, the WiFi down there still didn't work. Finally we gave up and checked out despite having paid for 2 nights. We were told we would get a full refund for both nights, but I have yet to receive any such notification and it's been a couple of days. To make matters worse some staff were helpful, but others were quite cold. Couldn't even bother smiling. I'd say it was about 50/50 with staff.
