Arrived here after flying from bali. After a bit of a mix up we had our room upgraded. On the 18th floor we had a brilliant view of the towers etc. Its was also thunder and lightening which was also anazing to watch. The room is a deluxe room with a bath and shower etc which is lovely as it has the same views to see whilst showering
Spent 3 nights here as part of our holiday. Great hotel very central .Lovely room 18th floor which meant had a great view of Petrosis Towers and other high rise hotels. Great shopping mall just around the corner and restaurants and bars. Good hotel
Centrally located hotel.. clean and tidy rooms for the budget minded traveller.. A 5 minute walk to - times square and and a 10 minute walk to the Pavillion shopping area. Taxi to and from airport approx 100 - 150 rmb.. depending on time and number or persons travelling. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful..
Stayed here for a week and we were very satisfied with the over all experience. The service from the staff was excellent and the room was good. It had a big window with a skyline view of the buildings, but a downside was that you can't open the window properly. Did not like the breakfast, because it was very little options for people from other countries.
This hotel is in at an excellent location, in Bukit Bintang, near Jalan Alor (Food Street). We walked to KLCC and Petronas. It is opposite Low Yat Plaza and near pavilion Plaza. It is in heart of city. The check-in was quick, Ms. Sunthari the front desk manager gave us an early check-in which was really welcome after a long flight. we had a room on upper floor so street noise was absent, there is some construction going on but never bothered us. Wouldn't say it is a luxury hotel, but whatever we required was there and for the price we paid was a value for money. The rooms were sufficient size,a bit old but clean, bathrooms were clean with required amenities. the view of the city from the room was also welcome. The breakfast spread was good consisting of southeast asian, asian and continental options, Checkout was quick, cloak room facility was there, on checkout the hotel kept our luggage till evening. Over all a value for money. . One improvement suggested for management: if carpets could be replaced with stone floor would improve the things
Overall ok, will come back if theres no other choice or you want to stay bukit bintang. Acceptable price. The room a little bit old but cleanliness acceptable. I love the bathroom itself with the marble top which makes the bathroom clean and tidy.
Booked this hotel for a short weekend and went for the Capitol Deluxe (corner unit) with views of the city centre - twin towers and KL tower in the corner windows. Check in was quick and within 2 minutes, managed to get the keycard, no deposit required since mine was prepaid. Room is fairly big with a nice layout. I would suggest this corner unit type if you don't mind the minimal cost to it. PS: I booked online with "special" rate for this type of room, which came out cheaper than the standard rooms, so why not eh? There are separate shower and bathtub, which I like. And the natural lighting, yes! The breakfast buffet was OK with local and internationals on the menu, but don't expect much and you'll be just fine. Do pick this hotel if you like the short walking distance to Lot 10, Pavilion, S g Wang, lowyat plaza, times square, Jalan alor etc. It's conveniently located. There are also Starbucks, KFC, 7 eleven next door, if that helps with your decision lol.
Location:: Very conveniently located. Opposite to Low Yat PLaza, Walkable to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. Was able to hire taxis from Uber/GrabTeksi Rooms: Stayed in a standard deluxe room as a couple. had ample room and facilities as we spent more time sightseeing outside. The (sponge?) mattress was a little uncomfortable since we could feel even a small movement of the other person and disturbs the sleep. Washroom has separate toilet and bathing area. Enough toilteries. Our room was near to the lift and voices were heard from outside the room. Walls may not be very sound proof. Otherwise it was all silent from surroundings. Stayed on 9th floor. Service: Reception and room cleaning service very good. They kept our luggage on the check-out day since we were leaving the city only in evening. Breakfast : Not many items if you are a vegetarian from India. Normal English breakfast available along with local cuisines. Though the breakfast time was put as 6.30AM-10.30AM, they stopped refilling some items like Dim-sum, samosas etc by 8.30 itself. Found some cheap restaurants which serves Indian (South and North) / Pakistani food along Jalan Bukit Bintang. Also KFC and McD are within 750m of the hotel.
Just stayed here for three nights en route to Penang. Basic hotel, clean, friendly helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast, shame it was all cold, the heaters under the food containers were not alight. The Chef would cook eggs to order. The best way to see KL in by the Hop on, Hop off bus, 45 ringgits per person, ticket lasts 24 hrs.
Going in Kuala Lumpur, but low on budget? Would definitely recommend this hotel. Just book a room on higher floors menara facing, you dont need to leave your room to enjoy the two wonders - the menara and the Twin tower. Spectacular View, decent breakfast Spread, good staff. Only problem was check in took little time, everything else was perfect.
