Also when I call from outside and need to talk with my friend they’re not use appropriate manner of courtessy (Jargon, holding phone manner, and very impolite thingvis they hanging up my phone. You have to serioua training to your team telephone courtessy manner My friend ask to clear up his glass on 27th morning and change to new one but until we check out they dont When I forgot my room key and i ask for access lift, she refused and call my friend in the room to go down and pick me up at 01.00 with no apology I think thats all my bad exprience in this hotel, I hope there will be no guest with experience like me

Nice pool Average room Average cleanliness Average amenities Below average front counter staff... didn't even know how to contact the revolving restaurant on 18th floor The revolting restaurant is very over priced and the platform that turns is jerky and unstable , sloshes water out of glasses

Good clean rooms, all facilities in working condition. Superb breakfast with various asean and European food. Wonderful car parking. 10mins Walking distance to jalan alor Hawkers lifts to your rooms.privacy is ensured as most room Windows are block by side buildings.

I've stayed at this hotel before and so it was my second visit. I certainly didn't regret it. there have been some uplifting and it looks quite new. The room was even spacious as before and very calm expect if there is a concert going on in the street below. but that didn't affect a bad sleeper like me. the roow was nice so as the amenities. the restaurant look cosy so as the variety of stuff at breakfast. the staff as always make you very confortable. it was clean and calm. And the location, right in Bukitbintang what else.

The hotel is situated at a great location which is surrounded by food courts, shopping malls. This is a lively place. Peoples gather here at the evening and gossips keeping the surrounding live. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some city view rooms but unfortunately my one was not like that. I would suggest to choose a city view room from where you can see the twin tower as well. The reception lobby is not attractive. Staffs are just ok. There are variety of menu for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and those are delicious as well. Shops are walking distance within five minutes. Wifi is free. Swimming pool is beside the restaurant on ground level. You can see the peak of twin towers from the pool area.

This hotel is my family’s favourite hotel for it is near to Berjaya Times Square where it is a Super big shopping mall. It is within 10min walking distance. The breakfast spread is not bad too. The bed in the room is very comfortable to sleep. There is free wifi for you to use. The hotel undergone an upgrade and the new wing of rooms are much better. Overall, I will come back again to stay with my family.

Exiting on a smoking floor, the hallway reeks of old cigarettes, but to surprisingly, the room actually was a non-smoking room. Absolutely no smell of smoke at all. This was a 30sqm room in the Merdeka wing, while the hallway was an 80’s flashback, the room was freshly updated, very modern. The walk-in shower had a rich rain shower head, which together with the size of the glass wall shower was very luxurious for two people to fit comfortably. This will be missed for a long time. The bed was very comfortable, and with 3 different types of pillows to choose from, just one phone call away! Housekeeping was quick and nice, providing you with whatever you requested. A nice thing not seen before, you could buy almost anything you liked in the room, towels (very thick and lovely) to telephone, and not expensive either. A good way to stop people from stealing I guess. The bed linen had stains, despite being washed, this seems to be a theme in Malaysia, hard to get anything without. A thing to consider, Federal is on one of the busiest streets of this area, so to get a good night’s sleep, definitively ask for a quiet room, or you’ll end up listening to sirens and music all night. This room was facing the inner walls of the hotel, so it was very dark, and had zero view to speak of, but sleep was considered more important. Even so, you still could hear some disturbances at a few occasions, and the fan noise from the buildings’ air-conditioning is ever present. If you want to stay in a hotel close to everything, this is a small annoyance only though, as the location of the hotel is excellent, just as close to Jalan Alor with all fantastic food, as to Times Square shopping mall, where prices aren’t crazy. The staff in the reception are nice and attending, it’s the same rules as everywhere else, be kind and you get more kindness back. They also have a revolving restaurant which sounds nice and probably is nice too. Couldn’t try it, as the whole room circles around but the windows (naturally) are stationary. This made me stand on my head almost, and I quickly exited the floor. Staff was very nice though, so another plus point goes to them. So is this all gold? Not really. Pool is located a bit strangely, next to a restaurant, a bit strange setup, but still nice to take a swim in the heat. The sound from the street at night is a big drawback for the rooms facing the front. The whole hotel is a bit dated regarding interior design. And be aware of the elevators that will try to cut you in half, should you not be fast enough through the doors. Then there’s the entertainment… From 20 o’clock there’s a duo performing in the bar, but it’d be better if they wouldn’t. Neither of the two has a voice to perform, and the choice of music is also very dated and bad. This will make any longer stay in the lobby a bit painful, and getting a drink (not of quality unfortunately) isn’t a thing you’ll want to do.

I visited this hotel with my family. The location was good. It’s near with shopping mall and restaurant. But the problem is with their water. When i was about going to brush my teeth. Suddenly the colour was changed become yellow. I don’t know is it just me or what....

My company helped me to book a 2 single bed hotel room for 15 Nov 17. When I was about to check in around 12pm, they told me there wasn't any room for 2 single bed room because there was large group of tourists have just checked in. Now, question is, if they released our room to others why bother we booked earlier. Later they upgraded us to a so called deluxe room. Oh my god! The pubs are just located beneath the room and the whole night we can't sleep as the music were so loud until 3am morning. Yes, the next day we were just like zombies wondering in our conference room cos we didn't have good night sleep.

I stayed one night at this hotel on a business trip. It is centrally located in a busy and entertaining area. Apart from the location, there is nothing extraordinary. The room did not have a wifi connection. Buffet breakfast was OK. Sometimes it appears that their security staffs do not follow the protocol about guest who comes to meet hotel guests. Check in was very cold(attitude) and check out was warm. Room reasonably clean. It was very loud at night due to nearby music playing and could not sleep for a while.
