So the location of the suits is amazing! Everything on your door step! Nice big pool too. The staff are friendly and polite. Tho I asked for wake up call at for 2 times before heading to the airport but did not receive any call when went to reception the gentleman was fast asleep and when asked he said forgot not really appropriate as had a flight to catch. The rooms are a great size bed are comfy bathrooms nice size. But the walls are dirty the head board was dirty, I dropped my bottle of water.and it rolled.under the bed OMG I don't think under the bed has ever been cleaned! Even with this all said it is a good place to stay
Lobby is complicated within building to find. The rooms are clean and large. Works well for families. The gym is horrible, has not been vacuum for months, there is dart machine in the gym which is so noisy. Terrible gym time. Pool is average. See pictures. The Walk alley to the rooms are very run down. Aircon in room is way too cold, the remotes don't really work. Other then location and the room, the rest is terrible.
It has a strategic location, right in the middle of Jl Bukit Bintang. The room is very spacious. Clearly seen, it is the old apartment, but it is well maintained. The air conditioning needs repalcement as it is not cool enough
Other than the good location that was just inside Fahrenheit 88 Mall, the rooms are big. But the Wifi, was bad. Was there for a business trip but the wifi was killing me and my colleagues when the 3 of us was trying to do work in the room. We actually got better reception tethering to our phone data instead. Lift was another problem when we were trying to get back to our room at 4am in the morning. Kept telling the security guy that the lift was not working - he kept asking us to wait. But who hogs the lift at 4am in the morning right? So we ended up climbing up the dark and eeerieee staircase to get to the 5th floor, which led to their hotel lobby, to take another lift to one our room.
Stayed here for 4 nights.. nothing like a luxury hotel.. needs a renovation.. but the location is very good.. opposite of pavilion shopping mall and connected to it by an underpass. Very good for staying with kids.. will surely come back!
The services are poor for a 4-star apartment hotel. 1. Reception service is very rude except the 2 old guys (assistants) whom is very informative and friendly. 2. Yo, laundry is expensive. It uses token (1 token = RM25) washer/dryer. So make sure you have heavy load. 3. The elevators are always out of service. 4. The only great thing about this place is the location. It's right across Pavilion Mall with an underpass within Fahrenheit. The suites are located at the 5th floor so you have easy access to the mall. For the price, it's not worth it. Just search for other nearby hotels. Cheaper rates and still close to Pavilion mall.
Clearly as per my title, this hotel is located at the heart of Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, walking distance to the famous Pavilion Mall, food street at Jalan Alor, monorail station and soon to have the underground MRT. However, the downside - this is a terrible hotel: + Terrible service from the reception + No flat rate for parking, only RM10 deduction per day of total MYR45/day + Super minimum breakfast (cold food with low grade quality) + Old and poor bedroom facilities For your information, this hotel has been converted from an old service residence. Pls make this as your last option.
we stayed at the 16th floor. The first day we went here are so amazing,it has a modern style room and bathroom, wifi, flat screen tv it is the best hotel we stayed in for our KL trip for 4 days altho the toilet seat are kind of dirty and gets you itch after use dirty lobby and the carpet and furnitures at the lobby area smells like wet dog. elevator are so creepy and jamed it closes for like 3 seconds and will take you back into your current floor creepy right? every time we'll ride in elevator its open looks like someones waiting ughh. the hallway in almost all floors are creepy af at 3am my brother watching tv and when hes aboutto sleep he heard crying kid in the hallway and he cant sleep because of that. the last day of our stay in the suite a group of chinese people went to the other room and theyre screaming laughing banging the extension doors ,and theyre trying to open the door which is they should know its locked . my brother knocked the door and theystopped, and then continued shouting and talking like its not 12 midnight! my mom and brother talked and i said id like to scare them like knock the wall, but its cement it cant pass thru easily, after few minutes of talking our door bell rang two times like in horror movies. my mom get upset and call the receptionist, they said theyll check for it but until 3 am theyre still noisy. foot steps in hallway laughing and screaming. at 5 am were about to check out we call a boy to get our bags ;were in the elevator suddenly the floor p1 are invulnerable even the guy click it couple times looks like someone doesnt want us to come home lol were in the main lobby which my mom will get the 100rm deposit. my mom complained to the guy about noisy people next door ,ringing our room, knocking the extension doors .. the look of his face is like he was shocked, then he said that he sent someone to check in that room no one was there no noise no people; that big room is for their staff only(there staff most likely indonesian and malaysian not chinese!!!)that scared us the most...
Checked in to the corner 2-bedroom suite on 14th floor. The walk to the room itself is creepy and unsettling. Needs to take 2 different lifts to the room - 1 to the reception area and another to reach your unit floor. First lift itself breaks down and buttons to call for the lift don't work. Experienced creepy encounters at night. Heard knocking and scratching on bedroom wardrobe and footsteps pacing around our hall area and outside the bedroom doors thus had sleepless night. Aircon was also leaking. Checked out the next day to a better hotel.
3 couples stay in a 3-bedroom suite from 31st Jan to 3 Feb 2017. After my friend booked the suite online and paid in full, I did a search of the hotel on TripAdvisor and I fear for the worst after reading all the bad reviews about this place. So I booked a room at First World Hotel for 2 nights just in case it's as bad as was reviewed. Upon reaching the very run down hotel and waited like a life time for the lift to take us to the 5th floor hotel lobby, I was thinking to myself, lucky I book a room at First World, unlike my friends. The check in time is strictly at 3pm, so we left our bags there and went for our lunch and some shopping. The location is perfect! When we finally checked into our room, oh mine, was I surprised. It's a very spacious apartment. Yes, the furnishings have seen better days and the wifi is crap. But for the price we paid, I think it's a very good deal. Shopping centres and eateries were all within walking distance and the Spa just beside the hotel lobby have very good massage at reasonable price. Hotel's guest get some discount. We booked transport to bring us to & fro Genting every day. Staying at KL means we won't be spending all our time in Casino. I don't mind staying here again if there is a promotion. However, have to lower your expectation and before I forget, they do change the towels and do housekeeping everyday. It's a pity that the hotel's management didn't bother to upgrade the 2 lifts and also give the building a new coat of paint. Otherwise, they surely can command a higher price. But on second thoughts, leave it as it is. I can live with it as long as I get a good price for the room. Cheers!
