Easy check in via WhatsApp. Check in office is to the right of the lobby. Room was clean and had all the amenities, but the air conditioner in the living room did not work very well. Other than that for the price it was great. Check out was easy as well.

The prosess of booking and meeting with the Key holder of the apartment was very easy. As soon as a arrived at Eaton apartments, Rony was there to greet me, he provided me with an access key and provided me access to WhatsApp access where I was provided further details on the accommodation and WiFi access. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely use this accommodation again. It's location is only 10 min away from Pratronis Towers and shopping.

I highly recommend this stay. The host was exceptionalans very attentive . They provided an earlier checking. The view from the bathroom was amazing the twin tower view was magical. So many amenities in this building also

Everything was exceptionally great!!! Only cons were long waiting time at the elevators, but completely understandable at a 51 storey building. Kitchen was a little bit poor equipped. Just two knives, two forks, two spoons, etc.

The rooftop pool with the view is just amazing. Take time to go to the sky terrasse too. Short walk from the MRT and near KLCC. The room is very spacious, it is more like an appartment. Even had a washing machine. Some minor details I would have liked: a dish towel, the kettle was dirty so I did not use it. The door does not lock automatically when you leave and they don't have a slow close so it makes noise. Also bring your room towel to the pool, had to go back. The gym is fine with dumbells, cardio machine including a rower and pulley machines. Check out the yoga room with hanging hammock. I asked if they could keep my luggage while I was visiting after checkout. They took care of it and I had an overall wonderfull experience. Would go back anytime.
