Excellent stay. Nice hotel to stay in kualampur. Family friendly apartment are really big And well equipped nice swimming pool And good breakfast. Staff are helpful and well located inklcc. Breakfasts was good and many nice restaurants near by.
was here for a weekend city getaway and this serviced apartment was amazing and made the weekend extra special for us. We were surprised as to how big the suites were and well equipped the kitchen was. Definitely worth the price you pay for the type of room you get and the amazing locations that it's in.
Essentially this is an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a study room, and 3 toilets. This would be an excellent choice for those with big families or those with a big group of friends travelling together. Good location. Forget about the breakfast, it is not worth the money.
We had a very large apartment, we where on the 22nd floor with views of the Patrona Towers. Has a washing machine and dryer which was great. Very modern I didn't want to leave. I would reccomend anyone to stay here. Only downfall was the breakfast. We had breakfast included and I think I wouldn't worry for it next time. Great value for money here.
Overall is good. Cozy and spacious suite. But the coffee brewer is very dirty. The suite does have clothes washer and dryer but does not provide laundry detergent. you need to either buy from the hotel or convenient store. Close to Family mart. You can use short cut way to Family mart by passing thru Holiday Inn.
The hotel is located along with residential towers called St. Mary's Residences. The entrance to the hotel and the pool are shared with the residential towers occupants. The hotel and the suites are nice. Staff at the front desk were really customer friendly and responsive. They lent me a power adapter as I forgot to get mine. There is construction activity taking place next to the hotel and you can hear the construction noise early in the morning to late evening. Sometimes in the middle of the night you can get woken by loud noises of material unloading at the construction site. The construction activity could take a while (may be until end of 2018). The only issues we faced were that the sheets had stains on them and in one room had cigarette burns inside the sheets. The sheets should have been changed. Breakfast is provided at a restaurant located on the street Jelan Tengah and about a 3 minute walk. Breakfast is ok but could have been much better for the price of the hotel. Hotel is located centrally near KLCC and has two malls within a convenient distance. Taking a Grab taxi will cost 5 - 7 MYR to any of the malls. I would recommend walking if the weather is nice as you can get there faster than by cab due to the traffic. The hotel is extremely safe and has very good security. Security is extremely strict with checking credentials before allowing people inside. Please have your key card with you at all times. You will need it to exit or enter the premises. I would highly recommend it for families. The hotel has a shuttle service for dropoff at the Pavilion Mall and Suria KLCC. But it is only once in the morning at 10 AM and then at 4 PM and only on weekdays. You can always walk or take a taxi (Grab, Uber, or regular taxi). I always used Grab and the fare is cheap to get to any of the malls. Pavilion is very easy to get to and it would be much faster walking than taking any other form of transportation. Suria KLCC is a little bit of a walk.
Spacious apartment with all the amenities. ideal for family and medium to long stay. The apartment is cleaned and serviced daily. Location however is not as accurately depicted on map and is quite a walk to places.
We had a really large apartment, very clean with nice furniture and a super bath room, at the 22nd floor with great views of the Petronas Towers. Got it for around 70 euros including breakfast, best bargain ever! Very good gym and really nice pool area. Friendly staff all over the place. Big recommend!
We got the 2 bedroom apartment which lived up to the pictures. Very spacious with amazing ensuite and kitchen. Felt like a home away from home. The monorail was at the end of the street so accessing all the major shopping centres was a breeze. About a 1.3km walk to the Petronas Towers. Highly recommended location and facilities.
On arrival, Concierge were very welcoming when we drove up and parked at the entrance to the tower. However, I was asked to move the car immediately even before entering the building. It was late at night (10:30pm) and there were empty car spaces everywhere, with no other hotel guests around. After moving the car to the other side of the driveway and then getting our room card, I was told I had to move the car down into the car park. This was while I was carrying luggage in order to go up with my family to the apartment. The next day, I followed exit signs from the car park to Jalan Sultan Ismail, and was stopped at the exit security post who refused to let me out, saying that exit was only for St Mary residents. So I had to drive all the way back to the car park entrance. Why is there no signage to explain this? Why couldn’t security just let me out on that occasion? Common areas - entry way to the lift on the ground floor and 20th floor were unclean. There was actually rubbish - pieces of plastic bags left on the floor. The little garbage bin at the lift was overflowing with rubbish for more than 24 hours. The apartment - multiple marks and scratches all over the floor, walls, doors. The wooden bathroom cabinets were decaying. The main air con unit over the kitchen, for the living room was not working properly and I had to call down for assistance on two consecutive days, before someone came to get it to work. Then we could not adjust the temperature or even turn it off, and I had to get someone else to come up. It eventually turned out that the sensor was weak and was not picking up the remote control signal consistently, even after I replaced the batteries in the remote control myself. The other air con unit over the entry hallway was out of gas, which I told staff but they did not re-gas it. The TV’s do work, but the picture was quite fuzzy and unclear. So there is a huge selection of channels, but image quality was poor. Housekeeping was inconsistent. What is consistent about them is that they came everyday but their cleaning and the supplies they gave were inconsistent. Some times we had nice fluffy towels, at other times we had old towels with even holes in them and thread coming out at the edges. You know, the kind of old towels that are usually provided at budget hotels. We had to ask for shower gel because they were not replenishing them. The swimming pool often had little pieces of paper and plastic lying at the bottom, basically rubbish that had not been cleared away. The exercise mats in the fitness centre were really dirty and should either be cleaned or replaced. On our last night, we had to pack out suitcases in semi-darkness because all 4 ceiling lights of the living room would not switch on. We could only get lights from the kitchen. Security was very tight, which is appreciated. They were always friendly. The housekeepers and front desk staff were always polite and courteous.
