Nice apartments: spacious and clean. Decent kitchen, lovely bathroom. Washing machine and dryer available in the apartment itself. Great location. Feels like a home away from home, rather than a hotel.

The location is unbeatable, 0.7 km to Pavilion Shopping Mall and 1.7 km to Petronas Twin Towers with Suria Shopping Mall located aside. Banks, restaurants are close by. Street Market on every Friday afternoon with local food and clothing. I stayed in the one bedroom unit for two days and two bedroom unit for three days. Generally, the service is fair and the rooms are both very spacious with big balcony either facing the hotel swimming pool or streets. Interior design is modern yet cozy. The kitchens are fully-equipped with Stove, oven and microwave, other than that basic cooking ware and utensils are prepared as well. There are also washing machine and dryers for guests to use. Beds are Queen size and very comfortable to sleep in. One of the high light is the bathroom with two sinks, oval bathtub and walled with jade blue tiles. I personally recommend the one bedroom unit for both leisure and business trip as it is really comfortable and relaxing. one thing bad happened was that the water heater was broken in the two bedroom unit and the repair team didn't come to fix it until my last day of stay. Sadly after massing the room with mud,they couldn't solve the problem.

We stayed 3 nights at E & O in a two bedroom apartment that was spacious and comfortable. The beds were a bit hard and it was quite difficult to sleep but it was quiet although in the heart of the city. We had a great view of the KL Tower and city. The rooms were clean but the hotel is beginning to show signs of needing an update. The kitchen was large and both bathrooms well appointed with a third toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful but it took hours to get a replacement lightbulb and we never did get the two forks we asked for that were missing. The pool area is nice and the grounds look clean and well kept. The staff were on hand to order transport and there is security on the gates. The breakfast was adequate but a little rushed and the room was crowded and very noisy, but it was a long weekend holiday so perhaps is quieter at other times. We felt a bit pushed to finish our meal as the staff were clearing away the food before we had time to eat. All up an okay experience but I think we will look elsewhere for better value in future.

The stay was okay and the hotel collected RM100 via credit card as preauthorisation for deposit. When I checked out, the preauthorisation slip for deposit was "torn" in front of me. However, when I received my credit card statement, to my horror, I was billed the RM100 deposit! This is not supposed to happen especially from such affluent residence. There is something wrong with the internal controls and the E&O can't be expecting for the guest to check their statements and notify their errors. What if i did not notice the extra billing! I have stayed in so many hotels / residences and this is my first time getting billed for deposit preauthorized. When I called the reception to complain, the person in charged didn't sound like an error was made and the tone was not appropriate. E&O, please you can do better than this.

I have stayed at this property a few times but I think I will look elsewhere in future. The service is extremely slow (when done) and the towels are threadbare. Signs in the property ask for bathroom towels NOT be taken to the pool but then there are none at the pool. Bad customer service.

The property is located on a convenient location to the major malls in the heart of KL. We love staying here, it's like a home away from home! The staff are friendly and quick to help. We travel with our toddler and having an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine really helps us lots! Will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you!

Stayed at E&O Residences for a few days as I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel in the city and while the room was comfortable, the whole experience here was very average. Firstly, since this apart-hotel is located within a complex with residential apartments inside, there is a bit of security to enter the grounds which is kind of off putting. The entrance itself is quite hard to find if you don't have some sort of navigation to help you. Check in was a bit messy as it was hard to understand the receptionists heavy accent. She also spoke very fast and seemed in a rush. Be aware you must pay a 200RM deposit upon check in to cover and incidentals and was refunded to me in cash when I checked out. Learning of deposit fees only when checking in is very annoying and it should be noted on sites like this and Booking.com when confirming reservations. Our bags were taken upon arrival and supposed to be sent up to our room when we checked in but they did not arrive for at least thirty minutes. This was even after the attendant was right behind us with our bags as we were going up to our floor. I had to go back down and see if he was still there and only then were they brought up when I said I'd take them myself. As other reviews state - the staff here don't seem very well trained. The appearance isn't really up to standard either, the uniforms look really dated and messy. Some housekeepers walk around with no shoes. It's just not a good look. There are two towers and a pool which is on the ground floor in view of the arriving taxis and cars. It is enclosed by buildings so I'm not sure how much sun you get down there, it looked pretty sad so I didn't use it. The corridors and lift area to get up to the rooms are outdoor and not air conditioned which makes it very uncomfortable. The room itself on the whole is good - I had a one bedroom suite which was very spacious and had a good view of the KL Tower. There were very noticeable scuff marks on the floor where it looked like people have dragged luggage all over it. Same can be said about the cupboards as some of them had big cracks in it. The doors and walls were a bit dirty in some areas, it would be an easy fix with a bit of a clean or even a coat of paint. Behind the bed it looked like there was patchwork done to fix some chips in the wall although they were painted over in a lighter colour or something - things like this don't give you a very welcome feeling when you enter a room. All of the rooms are very big - the bedroom was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The air con wasn't very powerful in our room and although it cooled the room down, we also needed to use the ceiling fan while sleeping. By the last night, the fan was making weird noises in the night. I think the whole complex could use a bit of maintenance room by room. Next time I think I would spend that little bit extra to stay at a more established, upper class hotel for the comfort sake. But if you are on a tight budget with a family you could consider E&O, but there are also other apart-hotels around the same area which you should consider also.

The apartment was very modern and well decorated. The beds were excellent and the washrooms were huge. The sitting area was very comfortable. Breakfast vouchers were provided for the restaurant in front of the main building, however, the breakfast was pretty average. Our check-in was pretty smooth and the staff responded to our requirements very quickly. The negative is that it is atleast 8 minutes walk from the center and with 3 kids it was a bit tiring, plus at night the road leading to the apartment is very quite and dark. We had few issues, as one of the roofs of the washroom started leaking in the night, however, it was repaired in the morning. Plus few lights in the apartment were not in working condition.

Terrible service, staff was very rude. Booked 1 x two bedroom apartment and 1 x One bedroom Apartment with king size beds as listed on their website but the staff was not able to allocate us in a room stating they only had one bedroom suite with 2 twin beds. Manager said this was the "same as a king bed anyway if you push them together" Room wasn't ready to occupy until 7 pm despite check in time being any time after 3 pm. Their excuse was that it had been a very busy day for them. After an 8 hours flight from Melbourne and 4 hours waiting in lobby we were allocated our rooms. Room air conditioning and lights did not work, Called 3 times to front desk to get them fixed. When we finally went to front desk to speak to management, Manager Maya (I think that was her name) was very dismissive and appeared not to believe us when we said we'd called multiple times to have issue fixed. Got back to rooms, no remotes for tvs or stereos and no Hotel Information booklet. It took 4 days of constant calling and personal visits to have these things finally delivered to rooms. Cutlery and glasses were stained. 2 water bottles were delivered each day for a 4 bedroom suite and towels were never replaced despite, being left on floor. I don't understand what the high charge is for or where the money even goes. Clearly not the rooms, amenities or staff customer service training. Premium location and nice decor but expect most of things do not work and if you need anything in room fixed, expect to be reduced to tears of frustration as my wife and family was. Staff seems unwilling to register issues or even take any steps to resolve them.

We had stayed here a few years ago and had quite a good experience but something has gone very downhill in the intervening time. We arrived after an 8 hour flight for 5 nights (breakfast included). Check-in was seemingly smooth but then our troubles started! A shower was desired, but there were no towels in our room, the wifi passwords wouldn't work and we had not been given our breakfast vouchers. A phone call fixed the password issue and an hour later some breakfast vouchers appeared under the door, although the next morning's voucher was missing - but still no towels! Next - an enquiry about the missing voucher. Apparently we weren't entitled to breakfast at all. Next - why did we receive 4 breakfast vouchers if we weren't entitled to any? Oh, that was a mistake, but you may keep them. OK so how come I have a printout saying breakfast was included? No answer. May we please have some towels? Yes, they're on their way. No they weren't. Next morning - no towels. A visit to reception. Where's our missing voucher? Here is the printout. May we have some towels please? You are not entitled to breakfast and the towels are on their way. We bought our own breakfasts. Next a visit to the pool - sorry there are no towels available. The room towels did arrive eventually and continued to arrive haphazardly during the next 5 days - sometimes one - sometimes two - sure, I don't mind wiping off with a hand towel and a bathmat! Day 3 - a visit to the pool - sorry there are no towels! Day five - no housekeeping turned up all day so we went out for dinner and returned at 11:45pm to find - you guessed it - no towels! A phone call brought a boy to the door with some towels but we were so angry we demanded to see the Duty Manager immediately. His solution? Get more towels. Great. We won't be back.
