E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur

I enjoyed having plenty of space with all everyday facilities such as kitchen, washing machine, tv and radio. Lovely bathroom with 2 sinks, bath and separate shower cubicle. Large bedroom with lights in the closets. (However, this was annoying at night, when the light could not be turned off and the bedroom could not be completely dark as the lockers could not be closed completely). Good access security. Lovely pool area. Balcony with a great view to Menara KL tower.

As soon as we arrived, we were impressed with the size and views of the apartment. However, once you scratch below the surface, there were a number of major issues with our apartment. I could live with the slightly worn out and shabbiness of the furniture, floor and walls. However, the bed sheets had not been changed and the bathrobes were grubby and had seen better days. The kicker was the infestation of ghost ants throughout the apartment. It was worst around the kitchen and sink area, and the ants are so small, that you only notice them after a closer inspection - by then, we'd already unpacked half of our luggage, it was late at night and I was too exhausted to complain. The following morning I immediately called reception and was told that there were no spare apartments available, however, after kicking up a fuss, 10 minutes later I was called back and advised that one had suddenly become available. The service attitude at reception is a little indifferent; however, the young chap who addressed the issue was extremely helpful and courteous. Concierge couldn't be more helpful enough and the new replacement apartment was poles apart from the first one: clean bed sheets, bathrobes and more importantly no insect infestation. It's a shame, if I was given this apartment at the start, this would had been a five star review.

Had a lovely time in this place. The place made me feel safe with the amount of security they had on site. The staff were very nice and attentive. Very close to all Bukit Bintang shopping centre. It was also very cheap. I recommend this place.

Huge apartment for te price.comfortable and well equipped full size fridge short walk to most attractions. Very nice pool. We loved the apartment the only let down was the breakfast very unfriendly service by kl standards we only went once and chose to pay to go elsewhere after that. This was the only thing that stopped me reviewing as 5 star. They would be better off dropping breakfast from the room deal than providing it somewhere that gives the i presssion they don’t want pre-paid customers.

We stayed 4 nights in E&O Residence and enjoyed every moment. Nice big apartment with a fantastic view over KL. Fine kitchen with Washington machine and tumbler dryer. Good beds and a wonderfull bathroom. Even an extra toilet. The pool is fine and in party shadow. It even has a sauna. E&O is very close to Rayanair Chulan Mono Raul station. The staff in the reception are happy to help you in any way. Printning tickets are done with a smile. We are glad to recommend the place.

On first sight,  it is quite a comfortable place to stay.  Our one bedroom apartment was quite spacious with a good bed, relaxing bathroom, nice balcony and an enjoyable kitchen. So far so good. Unfortunately the lack of service and disfunctioning equipments overshadowed the many benefits.  Wi-Fi issues. Three times the Wi-Fi refused to work. When you complain,  they come with excuses about operating systems in Singapore and restore the Wi-Fi.  But this was the only issue that was resolved and resolved on the spot.  Be very careful not to break even the smallest thing.  We broke a small glass,  had to pay 6 ringgit for it,  not so much to argue about that,  since we broke it,  although 6 ringgit is quite a price for such a small glass,  but the funniest thing is that you even don't get a replacement for it.   The remote control of our room fan was missing.  We reported this three times in 6 days but eventually just gave up hope to get a replacement. The 'down' button of the elevator didn't function. So we were forced always to step into the elevator the way up first or walk down one floor to catch the elevator there.  We also reported this several times but also gave up on this,  knowing now the usual non-response. When we didn't see anyone arranging swim towels during swimming pool operating hours we asked at the reception for bath towels. "Oh, nobody's there? Then you better go up back to your room to get your bathroom towel." Easier said than done when the elevator is half functioning. I always wondered what E & O meant but now I know: Everything stays out of Order.

Located near a quiet lane opposite to the Telecom tower and barely 2kms from Petronas tower E@O residence offers spacious accomdation over 103sqmtres with great views of the towers With fantastic landscaping and big pool the place is a fortress with survaillance and swipe cards at all entry points Its a second home with washing machine cooking hub microwave etc etc Would recommend for large families Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe

The Residencies was an accidental choice, as I was looking for something near to twin towers, yet affordable. Booked this place for 2 nights and experience was just out of the world. First...location, very central, 5 minutes away from Petronas twin towers. We took a bus from the airport instead of a taxi and could reach the E&O Residencies in very reasonable time. Second...the property...5 stars again, looks very very modern, very tastefully done and the outdoors was just superb, beautiful and lots of spots to take selfies with great background. Staff was very helpful and pretty efficient as well. Third...the apartment, we booked a one bedroom apartment, the total look and feel was awesome. Spacious living cum dining cum kitchen area, nice bedroom and the bathroom done very tastefully and thoughtfully. The entire apartment is furnished with latest equipments, be it entertainment or kitchen utensils or washing. Overall, a thumbs up and a must revisit pretty soon. Explore this amazing place it's luxury... virtually free.

It’s a residence so can’t expect to be a 5 star hotel, but I’d say 5 stars is too much for it. We had ants, more ants and many ants depending on the room. We had to change room 3 times and had a 2 night stay. Didn’t get any refound or upgrade for the inconvenice, well we did get free 4 hours late checkout, but I expected a bit more. Room is spacious but wornout. Kids playroom was nice and it was great that it was open from 7 to 22. Breakfast was too expensive for what there is. Pool and gym ok. Staff ok. On Fridays there is a market on Jalan Tengah, right outside the residence. But it closes around 3pm. Pavilion and Klcc easy to reach with walkway. Raja Chulan monoreil station near. But Kuala Lumpur is full of nice 5 stars hotels, I was a bit dissapointed we chose this.

I just checked out of this hotel 4 days ago, after a 3 night stay in one of the 2 bedroom suites. I don't have anything that great to review on the hotel unfortunately. Upon check in we were not asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking suite so were given a smoking room, which was smelly and very tired looking. Bench tops were sticky, showers were mouldy and there was a lot of wear and tear. The bedding was marked no hand towels in any of the 3 bathrooms??? Had to call housekeeping and reception a few times to get them brought to my room. The pool is nice, however its on the same level of the entrance and not very relaxing as people are coming and going and so are cars and taxi's, I think they should close this off with privacy screens at least. Reception staff at the front desk are ok .. but not the friendliest bunch, this is my 5th visit to KL and have stayed at 5 different properties around the city and this is probably is my LEAST favourite. I would not recommend friends or family to stay here.
