The breakfast was great. So much variety. The egg station was excellent, especially Amir K, junior sous chef. He was so friendly. Our floor attendant Wahid was exceptional. Best service ever! So warm and friendly. Everyone in the Executive Lounge was great especially Magis, Kush and Aidil. Also Ms. Shandala provided great service. It was my wife's bday and they surprised us with cake and beautiful towel animal decorations.

The hotel was in a great location.10 minutes walk to LRT and MRT. The hotel is situated on top of a mini mall, you can get all the essential you need. The check-in was smooth at 7 pm. Staff was polite. We were persuaded to upgraded to the Executive room with executive lounge access, that was a big mistake on our part. We enter the room, room showed signs of aging. The light at the bed tables cannot turn off unless you use the master switch. The shower knob will turn off by itself during shower. The fridge was on but it wasn't cold (so we wasted two bottles of juices as we didn't notice when we put the juice in). At executive lounge. The lounge wasn't very big. However, the management should know that the lounge couldn't really handle the capacities. Guests have to share a table with other guests (strangers). The qualities of the food at the lounge was only mediocre. The selections breakfast at the Executive lounge was extremely limited. The staff was all very friendly and work very hard. However, because of the capacities , the floor was very dirty (I have a piece of ham and bread pieces under my chair) and no one could take care of it. Also, there was spiders crawling outside the windows (I can see at least 5 spiders outside and it was very creepy), if you have arachnophobia, the executive lounge is a no no for you. I asked the manager and they said there is nothing they can do. Overall, I will only return to this hotel if it is really really cheap.

My initial room was unacceptable. There were hairs on the bed and the fridge was extremely dirty, with hairs inside it. I took photos and reported this to staff, who said they would change my room. However, I was left waiting for over two hours without my luggage and remained in the dirty room during this time. I had to call customer service four times to chase this, and the overall service was very poor. On checkout day, I contacted reception an hour in advance to arrange for the concierge to collect my luggage at a set time. I was told this would be fine, yet the concierge arrived 15 minutes late. Despite calling several times, I was repeatedly told he was “on his way.” Breakfast service was also disappointing. After waiting 10–15 minutes for a table, another guest took my table and I was made to wait again while a new one was found. The hotel does not cater well for allergies. On one day when I was extremely unwell, breakfast could not be sent to the room at all due to my child’s egg allergy, meaning we missed breakfast entirely. Service at the pool was particularly concerning. My 9-year-old son was made to sit outside in the rain as staff said he was not allowed into the changing room, despite other young boys being inside. I was then told the pool was closed, leaving my child waiting outside unnecessarily. Finally, on the last day, staff repeatedly referred to me by another guest’s name, which I had to correct several times, raising concerns about a potential breach
