The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and the LRT metro system. Also, two doors down from the hotel is a laundry where they will wash, dry and fold your laundry for 10 RM. This is my second stay here and I will be back!

Very good hotel in a great location

The hotel may be a little old, but it's VERY comfortable and a VERY good price. EVERYONE there, from the manager to the housekeeping team, is amazing and friendly. It's close to all sorts of food and convenience store options, inside a business park. It felt like a little section of Taiwan to us, which is a high compliment! We loved it so much, we'll be back here in a few weeks when we come back to KL. If you're looking for a good hotel, great location, and an affordable price, in Kuala Lumpur, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Great location and great service

All good with the price and location in Kuala Lumpur. Accepted during the night all the surrounding clubs noise is unbelievable loud Perhaps in the future the management can upgrade the windows a bit better soundproof insulation
