It’s a nice hotel with staff really polite and friendly. Room is clean, hotel is located in area with restaurants in Little India à and near LRT and KTM. I have problem with wifi on my phone and the guy at the desk wasn’t really helpfull but the rest of staff were great!

Good place near KL Sentral

Good, clean place to stay near KL Sentral. I had a room without a window and it was fine. The only thing lacking is a luggage table. Had to keep my suitcase on the floor.

The room was small, smelly, and lacked windows. Their TVs are not connected to their wifi and the wifi constantly kicked you off and you have to log back in. It was cheap, but I personally wished I spent more for a nicer experience.

The staff was very helpful and and accommodating. We requested to have a room next door to my father in law and the hotel were able to accommodate us which was disappointing. Also the hotel looked like it was recently renovated however there was not too much space in the bathroom to leave our toiletries.

Bad Staff and Management. No windows and Elevator.

Cozy Hotel has no windows like shown on the pictures. There is no elevators at the Cozy Hotel, so prepare to carry your luggage up the stairs! I did not have a good experience when I was checking into the Cozy Hotel, I was informed they only had one room left and it wasn't the type I reserved. The Cozy Hotel manager was called and I asked the manager to give me a refund of the difference in price. The manager told me their was no difference in price at the Cozy Hotel. And changed his story a few times and implied I was a liar, when I pointed out the difference in his story. If there was no difference, why would the receptionist call the manager? After arguing for a few minutes I told him it's fine, I'll just give Cozy Hotel a bad review. It felt like a prison cell in the room with no windows. After the 2nd night I left and found a different hotel other than Cozy Hotel for the rest of my stay in KL.
