The behavior of some of the staffs were really not to the standard compared to where we come from But after the involvement of hard working manager most complains were solved.I would like to mention two names, Rakesh and Ayu who were the best among all staffs.Rakesh was very friendly during breakfast and Ayu who had that extra smile for us.I would certainly recommend anyone coming to Kuala Lumpur to stay in this hotel.

I have a very bad experiences stay within this hotel i though that i would have a great experiences during my stay but it turn out to be a worst nightmare for me. At first i was late check-in due to my flight from kuching is delay due to weather problems. And the hotel management never tries to contact me at all in which actually it suppose to do so. The hotel management never informed me and had my credit card being charge for 3 night stay. Actually i don't mind they charge it because its being stated on the Rules Term & Condition during I've made my booking thru online booking. Its just that i was surprised i was never being informed!!! When i arrived to the hotel for check-in the "Front-desk staff was surprise at all" and never mentioned anything about the chargers they have made thru my credit card and never ask me about it at all. Its makes me like I'm a weirdo to them by just telling my room is being paid and register me thru the counter and pass me the room key. And they also never printout any receipt payment which had being made thru my credit cards and i had to ask it from them then they tries to find the receipt and it took half & hour for them to do so.!!! Upon check-out time i was told by the front-desk that I've got stained on the bed sheet and I've to pay the penalty for about RM300. Even the hotel supervisor told me to pay for the penalty as they have to pay the laundry service to clean the stained and they even show the the TERMS & CONDITION IF ANY DAMAGES FOUND ??? This was my first time i heard this type of things when I read the TERMS they show me it say "damages the property's items" but never written there if got stained on the bed sheet. I hope anyone who's wanted to stay within this property better be alert about this property's TERMS before consider staying there as well. I wonder is this really a 3 Star Hotel services. Anywhere I've lodge about this matter to the MAHTEC.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights - the best part of this hotel is its location. it is just opposite to Puddu central bus station, you can get local buses to almost all the points like Genting or to the Airport etc. from Puddu central so its very convenient. But don't expect the quality /comfort and service. It seems to be an old hotel and not managed /maintained properly. So its a budget hotel with nice location. We didnt get a good vegetarian food so keep it in mind if you are a vegetarian. However there are seven eleven and other stores everywhere.

Very good hotel with excellent service. Good breakfast. Nice location with center of the city. All staffs are wel qualified. Special thanks to Reshma(Receptionist) for quide in many things. No words to appreciate. Wish all the best for all the staff. Really had a pleasant stay of 7nights. Thanks to all.

feel comfortable safe to stay specially friendly stuff ,,,ayu front desk and to house keeping Jony.. Walking distance to China town,,for shopping and kotaraya... And closed to mrt station ,, Very gud for couple to stay and family. Come and stay to citin seacare hotel 🏨... And enjoy it.vacation to Malaysia truly Asia..

Its a really wonderful day in kuala lumpur. We had a delightfull tour in that day. Completed by stay at Citin Seacare. The room is very worthed. Very near to any historical place like dataran merdeka. I will remember Ayu, front office with very helpful service 😉

I am stay in this hotel .for a year sometimes a month and a week.. but I encounter very rude staff no gud .receptionist stuff, unlike the old stuff can approach me or can ask me I a gud way.. I don't have any trouble in this hotel and even I stay long I don't ask any privilege.. to stay free and even 1day. just me little consideration which is approach me In a gud way. Ms Lalita is very gud old stuff.. and she never treat me rude even I'm late to pay or checkout .
