The hotel is located at a great location, a bus stop near by and metro as well. The lift never worked and it was very difficult for the people to manage. The Rooms were not so great, not very clean and the service was not so good.

I stay 2 nights .citin seacare hotel. It’s a very good location. Lrt very near (plaza rkhyat). Breakfast is too good . Low yet plaza shopping very near only 2 mints walking distance. It’s a very good experience In this hotel.wifi ok cleaning ok room good staff very helpful especially miss Sapna .

We checked in for a one night stay at a great price of around £17.50 including breakfast. Not expecting too much for the money, the hotel was a great location for the KL tower and jungle walk to it, along with petaling street night market. However upon check in, the room was quite dirty with a smoked cigarette on the bathroom floor near the bin, and unflushed toilet. Towels were frayed and bed linen no longer white, the pillows very old. The room also had a damp musty smell. Breakfast the following morning was cold, and I was dubious to eat. All in all, we weren’t expecting too much considering the price, and the location was good. However I would have been very disappointed had we spent any more. If you want a cheap base to explore from a good location with little time spent in the room, go ahead - if you want anything more pay extra.

I booked this hotel after reading good reviews on tripadvisor what a mistake. This is worst hotel i have ever been to. The reception area and corridors were dirty, the room was tiny and the wallpaper was off the wall showing bare bricks in places. When i asked to change rooms i was told the manager was in a meeting. After half an hour i went to reception again and the young lady said he was still in a meeting ans she could not disturb him. The young lady eventually got someone to show us another room which was even worse and then another which was awful too. I then went to the TRansit hotel next door to see if they had a room and thankfully they did so we booked in there. I felt very sorry for the young lady on reception who was terrified to disturb the manager extremly bad management. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my 50 years of travelling the world. DO NOT BOOK PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO TO A DECENT HOTEL. The star rating is disingenuous.

Stayed at the Citin for a couple of nights while exploring Kuala Lumpur and found it to be quite basic in its appearance, it was great value if you are looking for a well positioned base to explore the area. We paid 250MYR for two nights, about AU80 that's with breakfast. Our initial introduction to our room was not so good with a broken room safe (not a good sign) and a room door you could open without the key card (worse sign) I spoke to the reception and they moved us out to a better room within 5 minutes. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room we had 908, had a great view of the KL Tower and its night lights illumination. The hotel is in a superb location with Pudu sentral only meters away, walking distance from Chinatown and many other sights that are a must see while in KL. Petronas Twin Towers, busy Bukit Bintang, KL Tower, Perdana Botanical Gardens plus many more are in easy reach and can be walked to if you feel inclined, we did. Batu caves can be reached via Pudu Sentral which is just over the road from the hotel as to with the bus that takes you right to the airport, so as I mentioned before, this hotel is in a great place to reach all KL has to offer. As I stated earlier, I found the hotel basic but the breakfasts were wholesome, free wi-fi, the staff were accomodating and the location could not be faulted. If you are watching your budget and looking for a central base to explore KL from then the Citin may just work for you.

The hotel service is terrible, I booked for premier room but the door can’t open and I waited for around half hour for them to settle and they changed a superior room to me only, since I pay for a premier room and I only got a superior room, and the room is smaller than expected and got an uncomfortable smell inside the room.

Perfect location in central KL. Close to monorail station. The rooms are fine for a budget price. Service-minded and friendly staff. The cleaning wasn't perfect and there was food left in our fridge. Had a nice stay here however.

Stay for 5 nights , room No _ 604 ; breakfast is good , staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially miss sapna .cleaning is good .wifi is ok .overall good stay;defintly I will visit again. Lrt plaza rkhyat very near . Atmoshphere is beautiful. Lots of market near by hotel .like a china town low yat plaza; its so cheap.

Stayed 2 nights for holiday with friends. Good: - Location at Bukit Bintang, front of hotel direct to bus station, easy access for night street market if you want taste some local food nearby at Jalan Alor Bukit Bintang - Reception staff are friendly and helpful - Price quite good for backpackers or budget one. Not good: - Room too dark and very cramped. - Electricity kept turned off when i left my room, (need to put the card to activate it(otherwise the air con will going off and its a bit hot) also we only get 1 card , meanwhile one of my friend room was fine, can enter and go out with no problem and air con still cold) - Compare to My Hotel and Hotel 99 nearby the lobby area & the room are much better (another three of my friends stay at my hotel) Overall it was only soso experience .
