This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel.

Bathroom and Toilet at our room was stinking, we complained m they did not send anyone on the first day and second day someone came and said cleaned the drainhole. Fraser is a good brand but cleanliness and maintenance is very poor.

Close to all the busy shopping and lights. Great restaurants close by. Had a wonderful rooftop swim in swimming pool and used the handy laundry as we travel light with only small carry on cases. A fabulous stay.

The Place to Stay

The concierge staff were terrific. Very helpful and always there to help. The room was large with a big bathroom and nice size little kitchen. Minimal utensils which is not a problem but limits what you can do. The location is terrific near the Pavilion centre and Monorail and Subway trains. Using grab is essential in Kuala Lumpur and very well priced. The laundry facility is great cheap and very easy to use. I found the staff at the reception rather cold and not interested in conversation before the very basics. If anything they could care a bit more about their clients in my opinion.

Happy with my stay

2nd time staying here within 3 months. This time round, I was able to bring my elderly mom along. Shoutout to the Conceirge team - awesome performance throughout my trip - always so friendly and welcoming. Same goes for the security team always willing to lend a helping hand toward my mom. I’d like to also compliment an Indian lady from the reception team who was so warm and friendly, as well as the team from the Den - despite the breakfast hours being so busy, they are always efficient. I opted for the larger executive studio this time round. I wouldn’t as much say I was unhappy - just some minor details that can be improved - the hairdryer was missing from the room (it got sorted out after I called the service desk - so efficient and fast). Not sure if the socket in the bathroom worked though ; it was ok one minute and stopped working the next, so I kinda got a shock when the hairdryer stopped working half way. Overall I’m happy with my stay here as it was so walkable to major malls. Traffic outside the hotel was busy as always but still not as bad as the one outside Pavilion mall, so getting a Grab ride was a breeze. Highly recommended.
