Everything has been good. But I'm unhappy with the setup. Firstly the room isn't so great for families. Since the washroom doors do not have a lock, the sides of the doors have a gap. Which means people from outside can see. If you are staying with your kids, it's going to be embarrassing. We booked a double & a triple room. Cleanliness wise it was good. The double room doesn't have a ventilation(wall on 4 side) & triple room had ventilation but couldn't open the windows. We experienced a really bad power failure at midnight till about good 4 hours few days back which made us realize that ventilation was something very important. There wasn't any emergency lights at d passage of corridor. Nor generator was working. The hotel didn't have an electrician in hand either😫but those are something important which I think every hotel should have.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Tried both of their deluxe and superior room. Deluxe room located on the same side as their reception and have window. Size is pretty decent and the design is just amazing. Its a themed hotel. While the superior room is located next building and does not have a window. Still a pretty nice room to me. Location was ok. Near to the metro station which is only 10 minutes walking. But, during the night time it will be a bit dangerous to walk. The whole street on the side of the hotel is packed with homeless people who slept there. To me, its still a good hotel to stay with the reasonable rates that they offered.

Room itself was more spacious than we could have hoped for- at first glance luxurious but a bit worn around the edges. Staff were happy to help with our many questions. A trip to WINS boulangerie next door is a must!

If you want to see how a jail is then try this hotel! There were no windows in the rooms and what is worse was the damp -burning your throat and making it hard to breath. There were also hair in the bed and we had to get the sheets changed. Another ridiculous part was that while thought i was opening the doors of the wardrobe, i found the toilet right before me and the sink was out of the toilet just beside my bed in the room! We could spend just a few hours and then left the hotel. If you want to make yourself a favor, don't even get nearby this hotel!!! The only acceptable side was the restaurant, but the breakfast itself was below the average again. It does not worth your money believe me.

I stayed in this place for 5 nights I was shocked that the sheets on bed were made as swans but it was (dirty swans) my sheets had someone literally wiped his as* with them and no one cleaned it instead the put it one bed, that was the start and I'll attach the photo. They had to do some maintain while I'm in room food was horrible hookers everywhere. Kinda like a brothel On the other hand the staff were friendly and nice they apologized and changed sheets Restaurant floor toilets were dirty and unusable I forgot my glasses on the front desk and never find them again which it's normal in KL Everything else was good, house keeping is good room are just fine. Even though i had a honeymoon suite.

Simply one word pathetic, dingy lightining in the lobby making you uncomfortable, i booked this hotel via travel triangle and they ruined iy. imagine being bundled into a so called "deluxe category" room where the room is as small 6 ft by 6 ft with a queen size bed for a family of 2 adults and kid, nevertheless i first still gave them 70 MYR for early check-in plus another 70 MYR per day for taking there family room, well the ordeal started after that, first the ac which was hardly working started leaking water in room 207, den they said to change room and moved me to 109 and den again to 111, where after 2 hours another family came in with all there baggage out of no where with same room keys, and that too twice. I had no option to leave this hotel the same day in evening and move to a better accommodation on my own, both travel triangle and hotel staff were really pathetic in managing this entire episode, pls dont go.

The hotel was terrible. I never reccommend this hotel. First the location was bad, I did not feel safe especially in evening. The rooms smelled humidity very heavily, there are no windows in rooms and ligths were dark. The toilets were like wardrobe, very small and also dark. The sheets were very dirty and also smelled bad.

This Hotel is well decorated. Most important point is nearby Indian Restaurants,My Din Super market.Service especially in Restaurant to be improved drastically. They don't dedicated restaurant.Harry Bistro has only few items in dinner of their choice only.Rate is also high.

The Room are very small with dingy dark interior. The corridors were stinking and 100% lack of ventilation. One could not stand for a minute in the corridors. Post Check-in found: * Used bed sheet and Towels were provided. Bed sheets were torn. * No proper Room service. * No dressing mirror in Room, * No toiletries except the Soap and Shampoo which was not of good quality. * Staff does not listen to the customer instructions. * Staff was extremely rude as if they are been forcibly asked to work in Hotel * No options for veg breakfast. * Food was tasteless. * If you want to have some own food to eat in room, they don't provide any cutlery. Deny bluntly that they do not give if food is not ordered. * Complained and given feedback to their Duty Manger, not no action was taken by them. No apology. * The hotel is not at all suitable for anyone stay, sply with family. The worst experience that I have ever experienced in my life. Will never recommend anyone. Please book any low budget hotel but never choose to stay in this hotel
