Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future.

Perfect Stay
Hotel was super clean. Lots of Restaurants and Convenience stores nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was my favorite part of the Hotel. Lastly the Hotel is literally across the street from KL Sentral which was perfect for taking a train to almost anywhere I wanted to go to.

Expecting more from a Marriott
While Aloft is the affordable choice in the Marriott group I expected a bit more. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The staff at front of hotel were very good. Unfortunately better cleaning of rooms (at least my room) is needed. The fridge had food items left from a previous guest in it and tags and labels from a shirt were left in the closet area. There were also stains/watermarks on many of the walls. Many positives but more attention is needed in housekeeping.
