Decent accommodation in fantastic location

This accommodation really lived up to expectation location wise but the apartment itself could have been better. There were stains on the white sofa, the small toilet had paint peeling off the door, the shower room en suite for the master bedroom stunk of damp on arrival so we left the light/ extractor fan on for most of the stay. One of the bed side tables the drawer was falling off and there was a cupboard that had been caved in in the bedroom also. On the positive points: check in was easy, bottled water was provided when the cleaner came, there was a washing machine with washing powder (though nowhere to hang washing up?), tea, coffee and sugar was also provided. What really made up for the property was its location, we had a fantastic view of the petronas twin towers, and were very close to the KLCC station and pavilion shopping mall. Despite the downsides to the apartment, I would stay here again. The price point was good.

Great value for money

It is a great value for the low fees we paid. It can easily accommodate 2 parents with a kid and a baby or toddler since there’s a separate single kid room. Communication was sooth and property is 10 min walk from both klcc & pavillion.

Big and spacious with a big kitchen and living room, perfect for a family or group of friends who want to stay for longer trips. The building has lots of activities for children, a huge pool and is close to great shopping, good food and the main attractions. The communication, check in and check out was very smooth

Value for money stay near KLCC

On the website it was mentioned that check in time is 3 p.m., however the person in charge told me that the room is only ready by 5 p.m. On the check out day, the person in charge texted that check out time is at 11:30 a.m. and any later than that the guest will be charge extra. Room was clean, spacious, equipped with microwave, electric kettle and stove, refrigerator and washing + drying mchine. 8 minutes walk to Aquaria KLCC and quite near to other interesting shopping mall in Golden Triangle. Courteous and helpful room cleaner. Overall, good experience and enjoyable stay.

Great central place for exploring the city

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, and there is an overall good environment in the apartment. The hotel has a nice infinity pool with a great view over the city. The central location of this place is the best part, having walking distance to most of the downtown in the city. Cleaning could have been a bit better in some parts of the apartment, but the host was easy to contact and make arrangements with. We had no problem getting whatever service we needed. I can recommend this place if you want a nice spacious apartment with a good central location in the city.
