Not a real hotel!!

this is not a real hotel. You will see when you arrive at the place. It's within an apartment complex and there is no lobby. You have to contact someone to come and get you and lead you to your room. The room doesn't look like the pictures at all. The place is dirty, the towels are dirty, and the bedsheets are stained and dirty. There are only three elevators for a building with 40-something floors, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes to use them.

Wonderful long stay at Agile Infinity Suites TRX

We had a wonderful 11 night stay at this spacious and well-located apartment! Just a 15-minute walk to TRX shopping mall, it’s also close to a great selection of local food options. The area offers everything from delicious seafood and Japanese cuisine to Indian and traditional Malay restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious king-size bed in one room and a good double bed in the other. Housekeeping came every other day, always making sure we had what we needed. Communication was smooth—any questions we had were quickly answered via WhatsApp or phone. The facilities on the 10th floor were a real highlight! We loved the pool, hammocks, outdoor gym, reflexology pebbles, and relaxing spots to unwind. We would definitely return and stay with the same host again.

Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings .

The first day due to a delayed flight, and arrived late, arrived at 9 pm, did not know check in is the need to call the staff, and made 1 hour, thought to find the wrong place. The booking platform says infinity, but is actually international, fortunately with the assistance of security personnel, check in was a little misunderstood. In addition the room is large and quiet, but has difficulties with lift operation, often poor contact, hope to improve.
