The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request.

I stayed in this hotel few years back, it was an old hotel . Never wanted to repeat but this time, due to a last minute arrangement, this is the only hotel available for me. From outside everything looks the same but it came my surprise that they have upgraded the rooms with modern simple design. I like it now and I like the location. Hopefully the hotel emphasises more on the clealiness especially the washroom. overall the hotel is good for its category.

Overall the places is okay.There is problem with the service,I book family suite with 1 queen bed and 2 single bed but then I got 2 queen.
