Very good

The hotel is very good, clean, and comfort. The hotel has a pool and a garage to park the cars. The owners were very helpful in everything we needed and made everything easy with high quality. The only problem was the receptionist, but when the owner came, everything was clear and we had very nice vacation in this hotel. The staff was friendly and polite. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Idylic for 5 o'clock early risers or the religious

3 day stay at a Central Ksamil Holiday spot that has been spoilt by newly built opposite mosque. Room was satisfactory even though electrics not configured or connected properly, balcony room not made up after 1st night. Balconies offer no privacy at all which was ok as friends where next door, however that would have been different where strangers to have full view to the bedroom. pool was nice. The hotel was not finished and on the 3rd day they asked us to shut all windows and not use the balcony as 'there will be a lot of dust' this was raised with management and they failed to see why it was their concern. throughout the 3rd day they worked directly above the room on the roof which was also very noisy. Plus side the staff seemed very nice but not particularly customer service oriented. the main issue was a brand new mosque had been built directly opposite in the middle of the touirist hotel area
