Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche hier und haben uns die Zeit die wir im Haus verbracht haben insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Wasch-/Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, SmartTV usw.). Bad und Küche zwar zweckmäßig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnbereich tatsächlich etwas dunkel aber dennoch gemütlich. Lage super: Küste, Strände und Städte wie Flensburg und Sonderburg super schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Großer gepflegter Garten mit Terrasse. Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern oben ist sehr steil und evtl. für Personen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit oder starker Höhenangst schwer zu begehen.

Das Objekt ist im großen und ganzen Ok nur die Sauberkeit ist sehr schlecht vor allem das Bad. Die Hühnerleiter in das erste OG ist für ältere Menschen nicht sehr leicht zu begehen.

Große Enttäuschung beim Check-In

Wer ein großes helles Haus erwartet, wird zunächst enttäuscht sein, denn die Fotos versprechen etwas anderes, als man dann vorfindet. Das trifft auch auf die Terrasse zu. Besonders zu bemängeln war aber, dass die bestellte Bettwäsche und die Handtücher von Novasol nicht geliefert wurden. Über die Hotline, über die wir Kontakt aufnehmen wollten, war niemand zu erreichen. Hätte uns der Eigentümer, der in der Nähe wohnt, nicht ausgeholfen, hätten wir wohl in ein Hotel ziehen müssen. Sehr gut sind die Elektrogeräte, alle ziemlich neu. Auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Nicht zu bemängeln sind ebenfalls die Betten, sowohl Matratzen als auch Decken sind sehr gut. Leider gibt es keine Schränke und an den offenen Kleiderständern nur drei Kleiderbügel. Am Ende haben wir uns mit allem arrangiert und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die nicht mögliche Kommunikation mit Novasol bleibt aber in keiner guten Erinnerung.

Ich war fünf Tage zur Quarantäne in diesem Haus. Ich wollte gerne den Schwedenofen anmachen, hatte aber kein Holz. Da hat der Eigentümer mir welches gebracht und er hat mich auch zum Quarantänetest nach Rødekro gefahren, da ich zu Fuss unterwegs war.
