Located in the old center of the historic village Warf "Rysum" has our lovingly and extensively restored house "Heykes" enough space for the whole family.

In addition to a spacious kitchen can be found on the ground floor a spacious living room, hallway, bathroom and a storage room for bicycles. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms and another bathroom. Car parking space and a small garden also belong to the house.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Fine house in the middle of a quiet, little village.

Comfortable house, nicely decorated. Everything you need you can find in this wonderful location. The description of the house, including the list of items available is 100% correct.

Fijn huiselijk huis, ruim en leuk ingericht. Inchecken in principe eenvoudig: sleutel steekt in het slot. Maar de deur valt vanzelf dicht, daar kwamen we te laat achter (terwijl de sleutel al binnen lag). Daardoor stonden we bij aankomst langere tijd voor een dichte deur, voordat de eigenaar ons de plek van de reservesleutel kon uitleggen. Het dorpje Rysum is erg mooi, in de omgeving is veel grootschalige landbouw, daarmee nogal saai. Waddenkust wel mooi, een goede fietsmogelijkheden.

Sehr schöne geräumige Landhauskate.Das Haus war top ausgestattet, sogar die Betten waren bezogen.Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunk für Fahrradtouren.

Tolles Ambiente in einer restaurierten Fischerkate

Schon im Eingangsbereich fühlt man sich wohl. Die Fischerkate ist geräumiger als man meint,die gemütliche und geschmackvolle Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus tollen alten Holzmöbeln und modernen Möbeln. Wir haben uns schnell heimisch gegühlt,alles war sauber und liebevoll dekoriert.Im Dorf Rysum gibt es eine wunderschöne alte Kirche und eine historische Mühle. Morgens kann man beim nur 300 Meter entfernten Bäcker leckere Brötchen holen,für alles andere muss man ein Stück fahren. Emden ist schnell zu erreichen und auch sonst gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne nach Ostfriesland und können auch dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Sehr entspannend

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, gemütlich und urig. Bad und Küche sind modern und gut eingerichtet. Rysum selbst ist klein und ruhig, von dirt sus kann man schlne Tagesausflüge an die Küste, Emden oder Leer machen. Abends kann man dann gemütlich kochen, esen oder im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer die Füße hochlegen.

wunderbar renovierte Bauernkate mitten in Rysum

Wir verbrachten einige wunderschöne Tage in der Bauernkate von Familie Ulferts-Korth. Zentral gelegen in Rysum, nur wenige Meter zum Bäcker. Reichlich Platz in der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung 2, tägliche Radtouren nach Greetsiel, Emden, Campen, Pewsum, rundeten den gelungenen Kurzurlaub ab. Kurzer sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wenn es sich ergibt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Hinter dem Deich

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes, gepflegtes altes Bauernhaus in hübschem Dorf ruhig gelegen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren entlang des Deichs und durch die vielen Warfendörfer. Leuchttürme, Mühlen, Kirchen, Kunst und Fischbrötchen waren im Angebot! 😊

das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt in die nähere und weitere Umgebung.. Direkt am Haus führt ein Radweg vorbei. Sollte uns der Weg wieder in die Nähe von Emden führen, würden wir gerne wieder Gäste in diesem Haus sein
