With approximately 60 square meters of space, great emphasis was placed on high-quality and luxurious furnishings, including various designer pieces. The open-plan living/sleeping area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa, a dining table, and a first-class French luxury box spring bed. The daylight bathroom is particularly spacious and features a walk-in shower and bathtub. Enjoy the park-like communal garden, which offers seating and a beach chair. The apartment also features a communal fitness room, parking, and bicycle storage. *Please note that the apartment does not have a balcony. Feel free to use the communal garden with a beach chair during your stay.*
