Huisje was volledig ingericht . Werkelijk alles was aanwezig en functioneerde prima. Ligt wel aan drukke weg (geen hinder ervan in huis en de mooie tuin) maar een voordeel is dat het treinstation op loopafstand is (ca 5min) met direkte verbinding naar Gent en via Gent ri Brugge etc. Tegenover het treinstation vindt U Bistro SIGGO met kleine kaart maar waar U heerlijk kunt eten!! Ook voor de dagelijkse boodschappen kunt U terecht in een plaatselijk supermarkt OKAY.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. ' t Margrietje is een nette woning, compleet uitgerust. Alles erop en eraan en zelfs meer. In de directe omgeving is zeer weinig te beleven ( de bakkerij 2huizen verder heeft definitief zijn deuren dicht gedaan) Geen nood, op enkele kilometers valt er genoeg te beleven. (Gent, Deinze, Oudenaarde, enz...) Dus, je hebt keuze genoeg.
