Beautiful single-family house "Villa Lora", 2 storeys. Čambarelići 13 km from the centre of Labin, 18 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: property 650 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, infrared sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 6.4 km, pebble beach 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 54 km from the property. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the heating (extra) is required.
